آزاد کشمیر حکومت کی جانب سے جوائنٹ عوامی ایکشن کمیٹی کو 2014 کے انسدادِ دہشت گردی ایکٹ کے تحت کالعدم قرار دینا ایک ایسا فیصلہ ہے جس نے کئی اہم سوالات کو جنم دیا ہے۔ اگر یہ کوئی رجسٹرڈ سیاسی جماعت نہیں تھی تو پھر اسے حکومتی آل پارٹیز کانفرنس میں مدعو کیوں کیا گیا، اور ماضی میں اعلیٰ سیاسی و عسکری قیادت اس کے نمائندوں کے ساتھ مذاکرات اور ملاقاتوں میں کیوں شریک رہی؟ بظاہر یہ فیصلہ جلد بازی اور خوف پر مبنی معلوم ہوتا ہے، جس کے دور رس اور ممکنہ طور پر منفی اثرات مرتب ہو سکتے ہیں۔ حقیقت یہ ہے کہ کشمیر کے عوام طویل عرصے سے سیاسی محرومیوں اور بنیادی مسائل کا سامنا کر رہے ہیں، جبکہ عوامی وسائل کے مؤثر اور شفاف استعمال کے حوالے سے بھی سنجیدہ سوالات موجود ہیں۔ وقت ہی ثابت کرے گا کہ یہ اقدام مسئلے کے حل میں معاون ثابت ہوتا ہے یا مزید پیچیدگیوں اور عوامی بے چینی کا سبب بنتا ہے۔
