an. The SJRDP is the brain child of development professionals with experience of decades of working directly in communities for implementation of gender sensitive development agenda. The optimism, enthusiasm, commitment and professional honesty are the attributes that drive the management of SJRDP to work for the development of the most marginalized, poorest and socially deprived segments and communities of KP and aligned FATA. SJRDP is a people-focused, responsive, adaptive and learning organization that believes people have potential to improve their lives. The approach is therefore, fundamentally participatory, gender sensitive and encourages universalism and rights-based activism.
