Society for Credibility , Awareness, Reforms and Fairness (SCARF) is a non-government and non-profitable organization striving for the development of communities in Pakistan regardless of discrimination on the basis of race, caste, religion, culture, gender, and social status. A community session was conducted by SCARF under Saheli’s project “Feminist Future Lab: Flood‑Proof Pakistan – Building Pakistan’s Gender‑Responsive Climate Action Plan (GRCAP),” supported by Baithak in Disaster-Prone District Charsadda, KP.

This session was focused on enhancing understanding of climate adaptation strategies and integrating Community‑Based and School‑Based Disaster Risk Management (CBDRM & SBDRM) concepts into local planning processes. Discussions also emphasized the importance of inclusive climate governance, local innovation, and sustainable adaptation practices. The session contributed valuable insights toward the development of Pakistan’s Gender‑Responsive Climate Action Plan (GRCAP), strengthening community linkages and supporting evidence‑based climate action efforts.
This initiative reflects the collaborative commitment of SCARF, Saheli, Baithak to advancing climate resilience and fostering localized, gender‑responsive approaches to disaster preparedness and adaptation across districts.

Theme: UNITE! Invest to Prevent Violence Against Women and Girls
Society for Credibility, Awareness, Reforms and Fairness continues to amplify voices for equality and respect through creativity and collective action.
For Days 5 and 6, our Staff and volunteers channeled their passion into art, words, and digital expression, turning awareness into power and creativity into advocacy.
Through social‑media campaigns, flash cards, expressive paintings, and creative writing, we celebrated courage, told stories of resilience, and reminded our communities that ending gender‑based violence begins with awareness, empathy, and everyday commitment.

Day 04 | 16 Days of Activism — Youth Engagement on Gender Equality

Day 04 of the 16 Days of Activism witnessed the Society for Credibility, Awareness, Reforms and Fairness hosting a dynamic Youth Dialogue on Gender Equality. Young people are not just the future — they are today’s changemakers.
On Day 03 of our 16 Days of Activism, Society for Credibility, Awareness, Reforms and Fairness hosted an interactive youth dialogue on Gender Equality, creating a vibrant space where young voices led the conversation on breaking barriers, challenging bias, and inspiring collective action.
Together, we explored how youth-led advocacy can drive fairness, challenge discrimination, and ignite lasting social transformation. Because when youth rise for equality, communities thrive with integrity and respect.

Today, Society for Credibility, Awareness, Reforms and Fairness at Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University, Peshawar, Peshawar, proudly launched the official ceremony and ribbon campaign to mark the beginning of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence 2025.

This year’s global theme, “UNiTE! Invest to Prevent Violence Against Women & Girls,” reminds us that real change requires collective commitment, resources, and action.

At SCARF, we stand united to raise awareness, break the silence, and empower our community to take meaningful steps toward ending all forms of gender-based violence. Together, we can create a safer, more inclusive world for everyone.
