Bringing Hope to Flood-Affected Families in Punjab

AGAPE Trust remains committed to supporting vulnerable communities beyond emergency relief. Through our Punjab Winter Relief Response Phase - 2, we successfully provided essential winter assistance to 200 flood-affected families in Punjab, helping them cope with the ongoing challenges caused by last year's floods.

Each family received winter and household support items, including quilts, pillows, bed sheets, mosquito nets, food ration packages, and gas cylinders, ensuring greater comfort, dignity, and resilience during the winter season.

We are thankful to our partners, donors, and supporters who made this intervention possible and helped bring hope to families in need.

AGAPE Trust successfully conducted an Advocacy Awareness Session at Anglican Orthodox Church, Peshawar University Campus, focused on educating the Christian community about important legal rights and protections in Pakistan.

The session was led by Advocate Remsha Robin, who provided valuable information regarding Pakistani law, Christian family law, marriage acts, and other legal matters affecting the Christian community.

Community members showed great interest throughout the session, actively participating and engaging in an interactive Question & Answer discussion after the presentation. The session created awareness about legal rights, responsibilities, and the importance of understanding laws that directly impact daily life and family matters.

AGAPE Trust remains committed to empowering marginalized communities through awareness, education, and advocacy initiatives.

Tragedy During Easter Procession in Lahore

During the sacred occasion of Easter, a heartbreaking incident struck the Christian community in Mariamabad (Punjab), where a truck rammed into a peaceful sunrise procession leaving many injured and families devastated.

AGAPE Trust in collaboration with Assemblies of God Church Peshawar conducted a field visit to stand with the affected families.
Our team visited the homes of the injured and bereaved, witnessing firsthand the pain, fear, and loss that this community is going through

• We prayed with families, offering spiritual and emotional support in this difficult time
• We provided financial assistance (cheques) to injured individuals
• We extended support to families who have lost their loved ones.

📢 Vocational Skills Development Program Launched - AGAPE Trust

AGAPE Trust is pleased to share that our Vocational Skills Development Program has officially started! This year, 104 students have been selected to receive professional training in different trades aimed at building their skills and preparing them for better livelihood opportunities.

The program offers training in a variety of fields including:

o DIT (Diploma in Information Technology)
o E-Commerce
o Web Designing
o LHV (Lady Health Visitor)
o Ultrasound Technician
o Anesthesia Technician
o Sewing Courses
o Photography
o Beautician Courses

This year, AGAPE Trust is especially focusing on youth between the ages of 15–25, equipping them with practical skills so they can become self-reliant and contribute as breadwinners for their families.

To begin the program, orientation sessions were conducted for students of each trade, where participants were introduced to the course structure, expectations, and the vision of empowering youth through skills.

We believe that skills create opportunities, restore dignity, and build stronger communities.
