وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز شریف کے ویژن اور عوامی تحفظ کے مؤثر اقدامات کے تحت دریائے چناب کے کنارے پری فلڈ انتظامات 2026 کے سلسلے میں دوسرے موک ایکسرسائز کا انعقاد کیا گیا۔

اس اہم سرگرمی کا انعقاد ضلعی انتظامیہ کی قیادت میں کیا گیا جس میں ڈسٹرکٹ پولیس، ایڈیشنل ڈپٹی کمشنرز، اسسٹنٹ کمشنر، محکمہ صحت، محکمہ تعلیم، میونسپل و ٹاؤن کمیٹیز، محکمہ آبپاشی، زراعت، ٹریفک پولیس، ہائی ویز، پاکستان آرمی، ڈی ایچ کیو ہسپتال، ڈسٹرکٹ ڈیزاسٹر مینجمنٹ، PDMA، سول ڈیفنس، سوشل ویلفیئر، لائیو اسٹاک، MEPCO، انفارمیشن ڈیپارٹمنٹ، SNGPL، PTCL سمیت دیگر سرکاری و نجی اداروں نے شرکت کی۔

اس مشق میں SYCOP (Social Youth Council of Patriotis) کی فعال شرکت نمایاں رہی۔ SYCOP نے ضلعی انتظامیہ کے ساتھ مکمل تعاون کرتے ہوئے عوامی آگاہی، کمیونٹی انگیجمنٹ اور ادارہ جاتی ہم آہنگی کے فروغ میں اہم کردار ادا کیا۔ تنظیم کی جانب سے فلڈ پریپیرڈنس اور کمیونٹی ریسپانس کے حوالے سے مثبت اور عملی معاونت فراہم کی گئی۔

اس موقع پر اس بات پر زور دیا گیا کہ ممکنہ سیلابی صورتحال کے پیش نظر تمام انتظامات ہر صورت مکمل اور فعال رکھے جائیں تاکہ شہریوں کے جان و مال کا تحفظ یقینی بنایا جا سکے۔ ضلعی انتظامیہ نے تمام اداروں کے ساتھ قریبی رابطے اور مؤثر ہم آہنگی کے ذریعے کسی بھی ہنگامی صورتحال سے نمٹنے کے عزم کا اعادہ کیا۔

The District Town Hall on Education Financing was held at

Venue📍- Government Girls Comprehensive High School, Gulgasht Multan,
Organized By- Social Youth Council of Patriotis (SYCOP) Collaboration With- Society for Access to Quality Education (SAQE).

The event brought together government officials, civil society actors, youth, and community representatives for a structured dialogue on the education financing gap and local educational challenges.

Participants emphasized that without immediate fiscal prioritization of education and the institutionalization of participatory budgeting processes at the district level, education financing will fail to address local needs and may deepen exclusion, poor learning outcomes, and widening inequalities affecting girls, children from low-income households, and marginalized communities.

Speaking at the event, CEO Education Madam Tahira Aziz committed to strengthening collaboration with school administrations across the district to assess textbook shortages and ensure timely distribution according to school needs.
In the program, Madam Sadia Nawaz from HANDS Organization, Mr Zahid Zahoor from ROSHNI Organization, and Madam Zahida Khan from PHDF Organization also addressed the participants.

Civil society and youth representatives collectively demanded a significant increase in public education financing in the next budget cycle and stronger public participation in the budget development process. They also stressed the need for gender-disaggregated budget allocations.

Through direct and solution-oriented dialogue between local community members and government representatives, the town hall helped highlight key education issues in the district. The session concluded with a unified demand to treat education financing as a constitutional obligation rather than a discretionary expenditure and to take immediate steps toward closing the financing gap in the public education system.

"گورنمنٹ گرلز کمپریہنسو سکول گلگشت، ضلع ملتان میں منعقدہ "تعلیمی فنانسنگ ٹاؤن ہال اجلاس میں نوجوانوں، سول سوسائٹی اور مقامی نمائندوں نے تعلیم کے لیے سرکاری فنڈز میں فوری اور نمایاں اضافے کا پرزور مطالبہ کیا۔

سائیکوپ اور سوسائٹی فار ایکسس ٹو کوالٹی ایجوکیشن کے اشتراک سے ہونے والے اس اہم اجلاس میں شرکاء نے واضح کیا کہ موجودہ ناکافی اور غیر مساوی تعلیمی فنڈنگ بچوں کے آئینی حقِ تعلیم کو شدید متاثر کر رہی ہے۔ اس لیے بجٹ سازی میں عوامی شمولیت اور وسائل کی منصفانہ و صنفی بنیادوں پر تقسیم ناگزیر ہے۔

سی ای او ایجوکیشن ملتان، میڈم طاہرہ عزیز نے اسکولوں میں نصابی کتب کی بروقت فراہمی اور بنیادی سہولیات کی بہتری کے لیے مکمل تعاون کی یقین دہانی کروائی۔

اس اجلاس میں مختلف تنظیموں کے نمائندگان نے بھی شرکت کی جن میں زاہد ظہور (روشنی آرگنائزیشن)، سعدیہ نواز (ہینڈز آرگنائزیشن) اور زاہدہ خان (پی ایچ ڈی ایف آرگنائزیشن) شامل تھیں، جنہوں نے تعلیمی مسائل اور ان کے حل پر تفصیلی اظہارِ خیال کیا۔

پروگرام کی صدارت ایگزیکٹو ڈائریکٹر سائیکوپ نے کی۔ اختتام پر ایگزیکٹو ڈائریکٹر ام کلثوم سیال نے خصوصی طور پر سی ای او ایجوکیشن میڈم طاہرہ عزیز اور تمام مہمانان، شرکاء اور متعلقہ شعبہ جات کا شکریہ ادا کیا۔

یہ اجلاس تعلیم کے نظام میں بہتری اور پالیسی سطح پر فوری اقدامات کی جانب ایک مثبت اور مضبوط پیش رفت ثابت ہوا، جہاں حکومت سے تعلیم کو اولین ترجیح دینے کا مطالبہ کیا گیا۔

آج کوڑےخان سکول مظفرگڑھ میں جنس (جینڈر)کی بنیاد پر جرائم سے آگاہی کاپروگرام منعقد ہوا جو ضلعی پولیس مظفرگڑھ، سوشل یوتھ کونسل آف پیٹریاٹس (SYCOP) اور پیس فار چینج (این جی او) کے تعاون سے منعقد کیا گیا۔
پروگرام کا مقصد طلبہ و طالبات کو خواتین اور بچوں کے تحفظ، صنفی مساوات اور تشدد کے خلاف قوانین سے آگاہ کرنا تھا۔ مقررین نے حکومتِ پنجاب کے محفوظ پنجاب وژن اور خواتین کے تحفظ سے متعلق قوانین پرآگاہی فراہم کی گئی اور نوجوانوں کو معاشرے میں احترام، سلامتی اور بھائی چارے کے فروغ کے لئے متحرک کیا گیا۔
پروگرام کے اختتام پر ایگزیکٹو ڈائریکٹر سوشل یوتھ کونسل آف پیٹریاٹس (SYCOP) محترمہ ام کلثوم سیال صاحبہ نے اپنے پیغام میں کہا کہ:

“معاشرے میں صنفی برابری اور خواتین کے تحفظ کو یقینی بنانا ہم سب کی مشترکہ ذمہ داری ہے۔ ہمیں اپنی نوجوان نسل کو اس قابل بنانا ہوگا کہ وہ ناانصافی اور تشدد کے خلاف آواز بلند کریں اور ایک پرامن، محفوظ اور باعزت معاشرہ تشکیل دیں۔ SYCOP آرگنائزیشن ہمیشہ خواتین، بچوں اور کمزور طبقات کے حقوق کے تحفظ کے لیے اپنی جدوجہد جاری رکھے گی۔
