Three-Day Career Planning Workshop 🌟
Another successful step towards empowering women with disabilities
Under the Accenture Online Learning Exchange, the Society for Special Persons (SSP), with the valuable support of CHIP, successfully conducted a three-day Career Planning Workshop, engaging 25 enthusiastic women with disabilities.

The sessions focused on:
🔹 Career Planning – helping participants set clear professional goals
🔹 Professional Growth Opportunities – exploring pathways for advancement
🔹 Confidence Building – empowering women for future employment success

We are deeply grateful to all the participants and partners whose dedication and contributions made this initiative impactful and inspiring. Together, we continue to move towards an inclusive and empowered future.

نورینہ اعظم، عزمِ نو کی ایک فعال رکن اور . باہمت لڑکی ہیں جو ہمت اور حوصلے کی ایک زندہ مثال ہیں۔
میٹرک کے امتحان سے صرف تین ماہ قبل چرا کاٹنے والی مشین کے حادثے میں ان کا دایاں بازو کٹ گیا۔ لیکن نورینہ نے ہمت نہ ہاری۔ صرف تین مہینوں میں انہوں نے بائیں ہاتھ سے لکھنا سیکھا اور اپنے میٹرک امتحان کو کامیابی سے پاس کیا۔

🎓 آج نورینہ ایم فل فزکس، بی زیڈ یو ملتان کی طالبہ ہیں اور معذور خواتین سمیت کئی نوجوان لڑکیوں کے لیے مشعلِ راہ ہیں۔

💡 ان کا مشن اب یہ بھی ہے کہ دیہی علاقوں کی لڑکیوں کو چرا کاٹنے والی مشین کے استعمال کے دوران حفاظتی تدابیر سے آگاہ کیا جائے، تاکہ وہ ایسے حادثات سے محفوظ رہ سکیں۔

✨ نورینہ کی کہانی اس بات کا ثبوت ہے کہ اصل طاقت صرف جینے میں نہیں بلکہ مشکلات کو مات دے کر دوسروں کے لیے مثال بننے میں ہے۔
