Winter Relief Activity – Lions Club of Multan Midtown

The Lions Club of Multan Midtown carried out a meaningful Winter Relief Activity by distributing 50 winter packages among the Christian and Hindu communities. Each package included blankets, pillows, covers, and other essential winter items, providing much-needed warmth and comfort during the harsh winter season.

Members of the Lions Club actively participated in this humanitarian initiative, extending care, compassion, and support to those in need.

Service Activity – Flood Relief at Alipur

On 22nd September, along with my fellow Lions, we visited the flood affected areas of Alipur and its surroundings to extend our support and solidarity with the affected families.

During this service activity, we were able to provide these essentials; 300 Ration Bags distributed among families, 900 Water Cans (5 liters each) delivered to ensure clean drinking water supply, Rs. 5,000 Financial Aid given to 20 people each & Rs. 1,000 Financial Aid given to 25 people each.

Supported the local Langar by donating *Rs. 50,000, and also sat among the flood-affected people, sharing lunch with them as a gesture of love, care, and equality.

We also personally witnessed the heartbreaking destruction caused by the floods, which deepened our resolve to continue helping our fellow citizens during this time of crisis.

This service is a testament to the Lions’ commitment that “Where there’s a need, there’s a Lion.”

Celebrated Independence Day of Pakistan with Service

On the blessed occasion of Pakistan’s 79th Independence Day, Lions Club of Multan Midtown turned celebration into meaningful service by extending support to Kehksha Educational & Training Center for Special Children, Multan.

A generous donation of PKR 100,000 was contributed on behalf of our club, received by Ms. Razia Zafar, in recognition of the Centre’s invaluable work in empowering children with special needs through education and skill development.

This initiative reflects our commitment not only to celebrate freedom, but also to strengthen our communities by uplifting those who need us most. True independence lies in service, compassion, and shared responsibility.

We remain grateful to all our members for standing united in this noble cause. Together, let’s continue to serve, empower, and inspire.
