ایمرجنسی نافذ ہونے کی صورت میں تمام نجی تعلیمی ادارے, ہسپتال, پراٸیویٹ بلڈنگز و گاڑیاں ضلعی انتظامیہ کے براہ راست انتظامی کنٹرول میں رہیں گے تاکہ ایمرجنسی صورت میں لوگوں کے معالجے اور محفوظ مقام پر منتقلی کا انتظام کیا جاسکے۔ اعلامیہ
