Syeda Fakhar Batool, Member of the District Consumer Protection Council, Mandi Bahauddin, visited the Women Facilitation Desk (WFD) established by the Sangat Foundation.
During her visit, she praised the Foundation’s proactive role in addressing the challenges faced by women and acknowledged the WFD as a significant step towards women's empowerment and access to justice.
She also appreciated the dedicated efforts of Mr. Muhammad Abubakar, Focal Person of the Women Facilitation Desk, for his active role in managing and facilitating the Desk’s operations. His commitment to supporting women and ensuring timely resolution of their concerns was highly lauded.
Ms. Fakhar Batool reaffirmed her support for such initiatives and encouraged continued collaboration between civil society and public institutions to uphold consumer rights and gender equity.
