Professionalism Series – Topic #03 (Only for Intellectuals)

Understanding the professional culture in Pakistan can be realized well on LinkedIn.

• People see posts only if they see likes or shares.

• But they don't understand the meaning of Network (Net = Work).

• They are in search of work, so they join LinkedIn.

• But when it comes to making an ecosystem through the net to create a big business instead of just finding a job, most people don't think in that direction.

• Once their beard gets white, they say: "Oh yeah, the beard is white now with 30 years of experience."

• If they are intellectual, they need to understand that they work, work, and work like a labour, but they don't understand this network (Net = Work).

• Because the people who create networks use systems, connections, and ecosystems, while others continue to work only on tasks.

• Many people spend their entire professional lives searching for work.

• Very few spend their professional lives building networks.

• Work can give income.

• Network can create opportunities.

• Work can give experience.

• Network can create ecosystems.

• Work can build a career.

• Network can build businesses.

My Question:

Are you here only for Work?

Or are you here for Net = Work?

Think Big.

Grow Big.

Professionalism Series – Topic #02 (Only for Intellectuals)

Query 6 Why are communication skills important? What can they do for success, and what is their roadmap?

Communication is Not Talking

Most people think communication means talking.

I disagree.

Talking is only a tool.

Communication is the process of transferring knowledge, experience, observation, vision, purpose, and ex*****on from one mind to another.

#1:

Why do some people talk all day but learn nothing?

Write your answer in the comments.

My Observation:

Because they use communication for social interaction only, not for learning.

#2:

What is the first purpose of communication?

Write your answer in the comments.

My Answer:

The first purpose of communication is learning.

If communication is not increasing your knowledge, understanding, awareness, or perspective, then it is only conversation.

#3:

What is the second purpose of communication?

Write your answer in the comments.

My Answer:

Practice.

Knowledge without practice creates an illusion of understanding.

Communication allows us to test ideas, challenge assumptions, and improve ex*****on.

#4:

What is the third purpose of communication?

Write your answer in the comments.

My Answer:

Observation.

Observation allows you to identify patterns, behaviors, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and risks.

Without observation, communication remains incomplete.

#5:

Why do some people grow faster than others?

Write your answer in the comments.

My Observation:

Because they communicate to learn, practice, and observe, while others communicate only to respond.

#6:

What is the roadmap of communication?

My Answer:

Learn.

Practice.

Observe.

Refine.

Repeat.

This cycle creates personal development.

Personal development creates professionalism.

Professionalism creates opportunities.

Opportunities create success.

Success creates impact.

If you understand this roadmap, then you understand why communication is one of the most powerful skills in business, leadership, and life.

Let's continue building a network of professionals who value learning, quality communication, and continuous improvement.

Judge Your Professionalism

Query #1:

When someone is standing in the middle of the company and looks all around, noticing that everyone is watching him but no one comes to talk about personal growth or company growth, and he does not know what to do, then what do you think at that specific moment?

Write your answer in the comments.

Query #2:

If you have ever faced this issue, the most important next question is: Why are you thinking about someone talking to you about professionalism?

If you have experienced this, write your own answer in the comments.

Answer #2:

In my perspective, when you need someone to talk to you about professionalism, it means you are facing a serious issue because you are a system designer and the people around you do not understand the importance of quality communication which is required for system or empire building.

Query #3:

When you think there is a quality communication gap based on facts, logic, and sometimes clear evidences, but people think it is just a joke, what do you think at that moment?

Write your answer in the comments.

Answer #3:

In my observation, this belongs to a social issue that is deeply linked with personal development. You probably belong to a highly intellectual society, and you are facing people who have no clear purpose in life, yet they still think they can achieve success.

Query #4:

When do you think that you belong to an intellectual society?

Write your answer in the comments.

Answer:

When you do not only study or read that quality communication is the source of every success, but you deeply believe and understand with a clear roadmap that communication is actually the real truth behind success, then you belong to highly professional people.

This can become difficult because it is hard to find such people. Most people accept that communication skills can lead to success, but they view it randomly. They cannot deny communication skills because it is a universal truth, yet they do not understand the roadmap behind it.

If you understand this concept, then your feedback can help create a network that you will initiate.

Query #5:

What is the reason people cannot understand that communication skills are important for them, and you keep waiting for them, but they continue to think only from their daily social surroundings instead of focusing on their personal development?

Write your answer in the comments.

Answer:

Social ego, corruption, and inner pride stop people from developing themselves, and they become unable to find the real path to success through quality communication.
