The purpose of the Association is to promote excellence in psychology practices through the provision of comprehensive services. Providing a forum for the exchange of ideas, knowledge, and experiences about psychology practices and to unite, foster and supp
ort all psychology practitioners at national as well as international level.

6. Offers programming and support to those professionals and students who desire to be independent practitioners in whatever setting they choose to practice. For this purpose, HWPA offers conferences, smaller regional meetings, seminars, & training workshops providing information and resources regarding all aspects of psychology practices.
7. Promote definitive work for the welfare of the patients, individuals & societies both at government and local levels.
8. Promoting the use of psychology at daily basis in individuals to strengthen their wellness in their lives.
9. Establishment of study, training and practice Institutes or clinics for psychology practices.
10. Promoting other disciplines related to psychology field in anyway i.e., Human well-being services like Speech-language, education (Normal & Special), Training, Social sciences, Emergencies, Health & Research etc.

To prepare & properly train the students of psychology & young psychologists to meet the challenges of present need. for this purpose, we have established a clinical education/Training institute & are offering special, research based training programs for students of psychology (especially for young psychologists) so as they become skilled clinicians.
12. Encouraging coordination among different professions for referral purposes and establishment of network connections
