His international and intercultural journey has been shaped by initiatives with the U.S. Embassy in Cairo, the Regional English Language Office (RELO), and the Soliya Global Circles Program, where he engaged in meaningful dialogue with diverse perspectives from around the world.

With a strong passion for youth leadership, intercultural dialogue, and environmental action, Mohamed believes education is a powerful force for sustainable change — and is especially driven to build initiatives connecting language learning, leadership, and active citizenship.

At the Summit, Mohamed looks forward to exchanging ideas with inspiring young leaders from across the globe, building meaningful international connections, and turning shared experiences into positive action in his community and beyond.

The 4th International Youth Summit Pakistan 2026 is honored to welcome Tamara Vega to Lahore, Pakistan, from 27 November–4 December 2026.

A two-time Olympian, Tamara represented Mexico at the 2012 Summer Olympics and the 2016 Summer Olympics in modern pentathlon.

As the founder of Fundación Tamara Vega, she champions safer sport through education, integrity, and athlete protection. Certified by the U.S. Center for SafeSport and trained in sport ethics and integrity at KU Leuven, she is a recognized advocate for ethical leadership and youth empowerment.

📢 International Delegate Applications – Deadline Updated

The response to the 4th International Youth Summit Pakistan has been exceptional.

Due to the overwhelming number of applications received and the limited number of delegate positions available, we have revised the application deadline from 15 October 2026 to 30 September 2026.

🗓 New & Final Deadline: 30 September 2026

If you are planning to apply, we encourage you to complete your application before the new deadline. Once applications close, the selection process and issuance of official invitation and visa letters will begin.

We look forward to welcoming an outstanding global delegation to Pakistan for a week of dialogue, leadership, cultural exchange, and international collaboration.
