Rekhi Centre UMT has organised the Certificate Distribution Ceremony of the 5th Batch of International Certification on the Science of Happiness . This certification is free of cost for the UMT family and is sponsored by Rekhi Foundation. The Honorable Vice Rector Dr. Ejaz ullah Cheema, Acting Dean SPP Dr. Haziq Mehmood and Acting Chairperson Dr. Taskeen zahra graced the ceremony.

The Resource Person Ms. Fatima Aslam ( lecturer, SPP) shed light on the significance of this course and also highlighted the activities of the Rekhi Center.

The participants of the course concluded it as a transformative course which helped them in overcoming their daily life challenges and boosted their happiness.

We are pleased to announce the successful conclusion of our panel discussion on International Happiness Day 2026, themed "Likes, Shares, and Smiles: Understanding Happiness in the Age of Scrolling." The discussion provided insightful perspectives on the role of social media in fostering happiness and practical steps to cultivate happiness.
