Alkhidmat Foundation Central Punjab Alkhidmat is the largest NGO. From raising Orphans to providing affordable Health-Care & Relief in crisis, we work in all domains of social welfare.

The work of Alkhidmat started with the inception of Pakistan, when thousands of families were driven out of their homes and villages without food, shelter or security. It was an extraordinary migration, needing relief operations as a priority. The Alkhidmat Foundation had spread its network into most parts of East and West Pakistan as early as 1951. At that time, very few relief and welfare organi

zations were working across East and West Pakistan. The Alkhidmat Foundation took its present name and form in 1992 and was registered with the Government of Pakistan as an NGO under the Societies ACT XXI of 1860.
