Deaf Welfare Awareness Foundation and its dedicated team recently visited Dir, where we had the opportunity to connect with the Deaf community.

During our visit, we conducted an engaging awareness session focused on job opportunities, employment, and the fundamental rights of Deaf individuals. It was a meaningful discussion where we listened, shared knowledge, and encouraged confidence for a brighter and more independent future.

As this visit coincided with Labour Day, we used this special occasion to give back by distributing essentials such as clothes and warm items to members of the Deaf community.

Beyond the session and distribution, what truly made the day unforgettable were the beautiful moments we shared together. Their smiles, warmth, and happiness reminded us why this mission matters.

We left with grateful hearts — and we hope they felt the same joy and support from us.

Together, we continue to work towards empowerment, inclusion, and equal opportunities for all.

We sat together, listened to their stories, understood their struggles, and shared moments of hope and motivation. Being able to spend time with the children, seeing their smiles, and creating memories with them was truly heartwarming. سماعت سے محروم افراد کسی پر بوجھ نہیں، بلکہ عزم، ہمت اور خودداری کی زندہ مثال ہوتے ہیں۔ وہ ترس نہیں، موقع چاہتے ہیں۔ انہوں نے ہاتھ پھیلانے کے بجائے محنت کا راستہ چُنا، ایک چھوٹے سے کام سے آغاز کیا اور دیکھتے ہی دیکھتے 40 سال گزر گئے—مگر حوصلہ آج بھی وہی ہے، عزم آج بھی ویسا ہی مضبوط ہے۔ ان کے دل میں بھی وہی خواب ہیں، آنکھوں میں وہی چمک ہے اور ہاتھوں میں وہی طاقت ہے جو ہر محنتی انسان میں ہوتی ہے۔ وہ رزقِ حلال کمانے کے لیے ہر مشکل کا سامنا کرنے کو تیار ہیں، بس ضرورت ہے تو صرف ایک موقع کی۔ اگر ہم انہیں ساتھ لے کر چلیں، تو وہ نہ صرف خود کفیل بنیں گے بلکہ معاشرے کی ترقی میں بھرپور کردار بھی ادا کریں گے۔
