6-Years From Today TCF and Its Management Started Its Special Projects in a Backward Area of LAHORE. Where so Many Mentally and Physically Disabled Children Were Deprived of Education. Life of These Children Was Nothing But Conflict and Deprivation. There Was No School and Institution for The Education of These Children and if some Parents Thought of Sending their Children to Far off Institution for Education but They were Incapable of Bearing up the Expenses of These Institutions. Keeping all Those Problems and Needs in Mind TCF and Its Management Set up a Unique Institution by the Name of TOTAL CARE for the Disabled as well as for normal Children. That was a Historic Step of TCF and that is Where TCF Started Its Welfare Journey. TOTAL CARE Proves that It is a Sign of Life for the Disabled Children of that Community. TCF and Its Management Proved This Experiencing Established Institution Need of the Area and in These Golden 3-Years TCF and Its Management is Working with Ever Changing Welfare Zeal and Zest, Professionalism, Team Work and Planning. After launching special & regular projects like, TOTOAL CARE (Institute of Inclusive Education for Normal & Special Children) in Lahore, SAAF PAKISTAN (Management of Municipal Solid Waste) and (Legal & Media Cell) in Nankana Sahib, we are committed to serve the humanity & ready to stable the following 11-mega welfare projects in all districts of Pakistan one by one, our first focus is district Nankana sahib & Lahore.
1- LUNCH & DINNER SERVICE:
NGO will serve at least 800 deserving people daily with 5-years budget plan, in which the patients & attendants of DHQ-Hospital & passengers or hungers will be Benefited.
2- BLOOD BANK LABORATORY:
NGO will launch a blood bank laboratory for hospital patients, with 5-years budget plan. Blood bank will serve to the humanity day & night (24-hours). In blood bank, blood will be exchanged. If a patient need (o-ve), he will have to provide any other blood group to the laboratory head for obtaining (o-ve).
3- AMBULANCE SERVICE:
NGO will arrange 1-free ambulance for 4-union councils of a district with 5-years budget plan.
4- LEGAL & MEDIA CELL:
NGO will arrange legal advisors & media reporters for helpless & hopeless people. Moreover, NGO will take action against institutional excess & social wrongs. It will struggle for basic human rights, area development & for best institutional services. For this project NGO have relation of project partnership with many newspapers & news channels and law firms.
5- SMALL BUSINESS, MEDICAL & HIGHER EDUCATION FUND:
NGO will distribute reasonable amount among jobless people, serious patients & poor students.
6- DRESS FACILITY SERVICE:
NGO will distribute thousand free dresses after every 3-month among deserving families.
7- MARRIAGE FUND:
NGO will arrange 10-marriage functions for deserving girls after every 3-month, in which the bride’s portion & refreshment programme will be arranged.
8- MEDICAL COMPLEX:
NGO will establish a medical complex, in which the specialist doctors will provide free medical check up & free medicine facility to deserving people & through this platform, NGO will also arrange medical camps in rural areas of the district for 1-week in a month.
9- FOOD HALL:
NGO will establish a food hall, in which free lunch & dinner service will be provided to deserving people in good location.
10- PUBLIC LIBRARY:
NGO will establish a public library, in which every body will get all type of books, newspapers and Cd’s material. There NGO will also hire scholars & writers, who will provide guidance to youth and write features on every existing social problem & wrong.
11- SPECIAL PROJECT:
According to the policy, NGO can start its special project any time, in any district related to education, construction, disaster management, environment, old persons, children & health fields for special needy & hopeless community, after examining the problems. The operational area of most benefited special project can be extended to other districts. Moreover, some special projects can be wound up in short period after achieving the project goals. It’s also called the short time project of TCF. (TOTAL CARE Institute & SAAF PAKISTAN Management of Municipal Solid Waste Are EXAMPLES of The SPECIAL PROJECT of “TOTAL CARE FEDERATION”). Now it is going to spread its 11–Mega Projects in Every District of PAKISTAN but First TCF Management has Focused District NANKANA & LAHORE as a Place of Work.
