Mobilize voluntary capacities of individuals and group for helping the people in times of natural calamities through provision of humanitarian assistance Contribute in the process of social , Economical ad Political development in the Gilgit – Baltistan region by motivating, mobilizing and channelizing capacities of students and professionals.
