🚨 The Islamabad High Court has issued notices to several authorities on a petition filed against Ayesha Omar’s show ‘Lazawal Ishq’. The petition raises serious concerns about the content of the program, claiming that it goes against Pakistan’s social values and moral traditions. The case has drawn attention online as many people continue to debate the limits of creative freedom and cultural responsibility in digital entertainment.
According to reports, the order was issued by Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir during the hearing of a petition filed by Faik Shah, the Chairman of the Amun Taraqqi Party. The petitioner stated that the content shown in ‘Lazawal Ishq’ promotes vulgarity and social corruption. He further added that the scenes and dialogues in the show are harmful to young viewers and could negatively influence the country’s moral standards. He urged the court to impose an immediate ban on the show and take strict action against its creators.
PS: Shukar Alhamdulillah, looks like my job here is done. This was the whole reason I was trying to spread awareness and expose the filth behind this show. Some clueless people were busy criticizing me for talking about it but I guess now they’ve finally realized and got their shut-up call. That’s exactly what awareness is for, to make sure action gets taken against such stuff. And In shaa Allah, I’ll keep spreading awareness and speaking the truth in the future too. If someone doesn’t like it, that’s their problem.
