District Team Sargodha conducted a field visit to Family Planning Champions (FPCs) and Private Providers (PPs) to review ongoing service delivery and strengthen outreach strategies.
Key discussions focused on improving access and expanding coverage for Married Women of Reproductive Age (MWRA). The team assessed service provision quality, availability of contraceptives, and client flow.

District Faisalabad team planned a field visit to validate clients served under the Family Planning (FP) Services through the E-Voucher Scheme.
The purpose of this visit is to ensure transparency, accuracy, and quality assurance of services provided to beneficiaries. During the field activity, the team will directly interact with clients, verify service records, and assess the effectiveness of the E-Voucher intervention at the community level.

District Social mobalizer Team Faisalabad conducted a productive field visit, engaging closely with Family Planning Champions to strengthen community outreach efforts.
During the visit, awareness raising sessions were delivered to BISP beneficiaries, focusing on the importance of family planning, as well as maternal and child health. The session aimed to empower women with knowledge, promote healthy practices, and encourage informed decision making for improved family well being.

District Team Faisalabad planned and conducted a field visit in coordination with Family Planning Champions to review ongoing community-level activities.
During the visit, the team evaluated the MWRA registration process, including door to door marking and verification. The distribution of referral tokens by FP Champions was also assessed to ensure proper linkage of clients with service providers.

District Manager Faisalabad, Mr. Abid Ali, conducted a field visit to the setup of Private Provider Miss Tanveer Ayaz in UC People Colony No. 2.
During the visit, a detailed discussion was held on strengthening service provision through the E-Voucher mechanism. The focus remained on improving access, ensuring quality service delivery.

The District Manager Sargodha Mr. Ajwad Ali Raza visited the service delivery site of Ms. Tanzeela Khan (Private Provider) to review ongoing family planning activities.
During the visit, a detailed meeting was conducted with the service provider and staff. The discussion focused on:
Progress and performance of FP (Family Planning) services
Achievement of assigned targets (TGTs)
Identifying gaps and strengthening service delivery mechanisms.
