August 16th, 2026, a day to recall,
At Christ Evangelical, we heard God’s call.
Worship arose, fully motivated and strong,
The Holy Spirit moved, and we all sang along.

His presence was real, moving through the room,
Touching the hurting, chasing away gloom.
A transformative service, from start to the end,
God met with His people, and hearts began to mend.

Then came the Word from Rev Dr Younas Rehmat,
Part Three of the series - _How to Grow in That_.
_Evangelism, Mission, and Church Planting too,_
The topic was clear, and the vision rang true:

*“It’s God’s desire to have a harvest for everyone.”*
Not just a few, but daughters and sons.
Fields are white, the workers are few,
But God is calling and equipping you.

So CEC, let’s rise, let’s go, let’s send,
For the harvest is waiting, and time is not end.
Filled with the Spirit, with fire in our eyes,
For God’s great harvest under heaven’s skies. 🔥

We learned that *God is Triune: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit*.
And we were reminded that *the Holy Spirit is part of the Trinity* - God with us, in us, and for us.

Today Christ Evangelical Church hosted a *Leadership Training Program* led by *Rev Dr Younas Rehmat*.

It was a blessed and insightful time as our church leaders gathered to grow in knowledge and in the Spirit.
The main focus of the training was *“The Work of the Holy Spirit”*.

Rev Dr Younas Rehmat taught on how the Holy Spirit empowers, guides, gifts, and strengthens leaders for God’s work. The leaders were encouraged to depend on the Holy Spirit in ministry, decision-making, and serving the church with humility and boldness.

We thank God for this time of learning and impartation. May the Lord continue to anoint and equip our leaders to serve with wisdom and power.

It was truly a *blessed day and a transformative time in the presence of God* at Christ Evangelical Church.

The service began with heartfelt *worship and praise*. The presence of the Holy Spirit was strong as the congregation lifted their voices together in unity and thanksgiving.

*The Word of God* was preached by *Rev Dr Younas Rehmat*.
*Sermon Topic:* _“Four Reasons Why Worry is Worthless”_
*Key Verse:* _Philippians 4:6_ —
_"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God."_

In his message, Rev Dr Younas Rehmat reminded us that worry steals our peace, weakens our faith, dishonors God, and solves nothing. Instead, God calls us to bring every concern to Him in prayer and trust Him with the results. It was a timely and encouraging word that brought freedom, faith, and rest to many hearts.

*After the sermon*, the service continued with *testimonies*. Brothers and sisters stood to share how God has been faithful, healed, provided, and worked miracles in their lives. It was a beautiful reminder that God is still moving and speaking today.

A powerful evangelism and revival meeting was held at Mian Channu Chak 113, District Khanewal, on July 18, 2026, organized by Christ Evangelical Bible College. Rev. Dr. Younas Rehmat shared the Gospel, and audio Bibles were distributed to illiterate individuals, while Sunday school kids received the New Testament, and printed Holy Bibles were also given out, all to the glory of God.
