Effective teaching begins with effective communication.

We recently conducted a teacher training session titled “Managing Learning Through Effective Communication & Feedback” by Ms Saadia Shahzad and organised by Ms Farah Malik at Success Centre for Learners (SCL), bringing together educators from SCL, Go Green Welfare Society (GGWS), and Saqib Foundation.

For many participants, this was their first opportunity to explore practical strategies for using communication and feedback as tools to enhance student engagement, motivation, and learning outcomes. The session encouraged reflection, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas that can be directly applied in the classroom.

Investing in teachers is one of the most meaningful investments we can make in the future of our children. We appreciate the enthusiasm, participation, and commitment shown by all educators who attended.
