Millat-e-Islamia Citizens community Board (MICCB) is a welfare charitable institution name of which was proposed by a prominent social worker Ch.Yousaf Ali. It was founded by an old ed
ucationist Ch. Muhammad Hafeezullah on 12th May 2005. It was registered under local government ordinance 2001 vide Registered No. EDO (CD) CDGL/CCB 446 dated 30th May 2005 with city district government Lahore-Pakistan. Membership:-
The residents of Sikandar, Raza and Umer Block Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore with good repute and minimum age 25 years are eligible for membership. Others can be associate members who cannot take part in the elections of MICCB. Political elected persons like MNA, MPA, General Councilors are not eligible. Purpose:-
Purpose of Millat-e-Islamia Community Board is to serve humanity, spreading the noble deeds, renaissance of Islamic values, development of educational social Welfare activities, providing resources to boost up the people with limited resources, providing knowledge and skills and encouragement to deserving persons. Construction of Board’s Building Peoples Welfare Center:-
Plot for the building was got after constant struggle of founder members with cooperation of District Nazim Mian Amir Mehmood vide Director General LDA Letter dated 03-07-2008. The estimate for construction of double storey building was Rs. 8,884,606/- out of which according to local government ordinance 2001, 20% share of residents of locality Rs. 1,776,992/- was got in shape of donations. However 80% was paid by City District Government and double storey building was completed. For expensing the welfare activities of the board there was a requirement of 3rd floor which was fulfilled by a very noble and generous person of the locality Al-Haj Engineer Muhammad Ikram Naseem who gave a biggest donation of Rs. 4.256 Millions. However on 17th August 2014 third floor of the building was dedicated in his name and an honorary charge of administrator was given to him. Chairman:
1. Chaudhry Muhammad Hafeezullah:-
Founder and first chairman of the organization, tenure 12th May 2005 to 23rd May 2009 Res. 590 Raza Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore. He is a senior educationist, retired Head master Govt. Pilot High School Wahdat Road Lahore, Ameer-e-Tanzeem (chairman) Halqa-e-Ahbab, chairman education committee of (MICCB) which distributes prizes to brilliant students of Sikandar, Raza and Umer Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore. Who pass Matric and intermediate examinations with distinction every year.
2. Dr. Muhammad Yaqoob Raee:-
(24th may 2009 to 19th May 2013) Resident of 363, Raza Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore President Anjuman Falah-o-Behbod Raza Block, retired chief scientific officer PCSIR laboratories Lahore writer of books (i) Oils Fats and Waxes (in English language) (ii) diabetes and treatment (iii) Blood Pressure and treatment (in urdu) He proposed the name of the building of MICCB as Peoples welfare centre. He also prepared rules and regulations of the institution.
3. Muhammad Saleem sheikh:-
He was elected as chairman on 19th May 2013.He is resident of 147 Umer Block Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore. He is retired Project Manager Mangla Dam upraising project. He is vice president of Ravi Welfare Foundation as well. He established a free dispensary under the arrangement of said foundation in 1996. He worked free of cost as construction manager in respect of construction of Millat-e-Islamia Citizens Community Board’s building named as peoples welfare center at 818 Raza Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore. He does not want any exposure in respect of his welfare and noble works. Senior Vice Chairman:

12th may 2005 to 18th may 2013. He is general secretary Karwan-e-Ilm Foundation and executive of Urdu digest Lahore.
2. Chaudhry Yousaf Ali:
He was elected 18th may 2013 resident 302 Umer Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore. He is Income tax consultant, good host and social worker. He is the person who proposed the name of this organization. Most of the meetings before construction of MICCB’s building were held at his residence. Vice Chairman:

2. Syed Javed Anwer:
He was elected on 18th may 2013, resident of 41 Sikander Block, Allama Iqbal Town and Lahore. He is well known social worker, retired in-charge regional office Trading Corporation Lahore, President first security welfare committee Lane-2 Sikander Block, senior vice chairman Zakat & Charity Fund Sikander Block. He is also cooperating with various welfare organizations. General Secretary:

He took over the charge as honorary Administrator on 17th August 2014. He is a great Philanthropist, very kind hearted simple, very open to spend for betterment of humanity and renaissance of Islamic values He did masters in electrical engineering from University of Engineering & Technology Lahore in 1985. He had got employment in wapda in 1975. In 1993 he went to Saudi Arabia on 10 years deputation. In 2002 he retired from wapda as chief engineer. He has the honor of Performing Hajj 9 times and 194 Umrahs. He donated a big amount of Rs. 4.256 million for construction 3rd floor of MICCB Building Peoples welfare Center. Therefore third floor of the building has been named as IKRAM NASIM Manzil in recognition of his services. He has created website of the board. Activities and Availability of Services:

Majlis-e-FikroAmal was established under the arrangement of Millat-e-Islamia Citizens community board on 19th Sep 2010. Its first Nazim Mr. Abdul Jabbar Khalid who was died. Mian Ashiq Hussain:
Mian Ashiq Hussain took over the charge of majlis-e-Fikr-o-Amal after death of his predecessor Mian Ashiq Hussain is a well known advocate, educationist, Philanthropist, social worker. He served as extra Assistant commissioner during from 5th April to 6th December in 1972 and w.e.f. December 1972 to 15thjune 1983 as Income Tax officer. He is running a big office in the name “Mian Ashiq Hussain Law Associates at 16 link faridKot Road, Lahore. He possesses positive thinking and is working hard to promote the same. He is also providing legal help to poors free or at lowest cost. He has arranged many functions under the arrangement of Majlis-e-FikroAmal which is very helpful for betterment of humanity.
