*DIABETES AWARENESS CAMPAIGN BY SYNCH-FMH*

The SYNCH health and education departments partnered and visited the Government Girls High School in Shadman. The session began with a quick introduction to diabetes. During the session, students learned about symptoms,complications,risk factors of diabetes, healthily diet, why regular exercise matters, and early diagnosis of diabetes . Pamphlets with basic information about diabetes were distributed and were also demonstrated how to use glucometer During the session, screening was also conducted and 3 diabetic cases were detected. The session was very interactive, and the students participated enthusiastically .
