Vovinam (Việt Võ Đạo) is Vietnamese Traditional Martial Art, It was founded in 1938 by Master Nguyễn Lộc. The first and Second World Vovinam Championships were held in Vietnam 2009 and 2011, 3rd 2013 in France, 4th in Algeria 2015, 5th in India in 2017, 6th in Cambodia and next World championship will be in Vietnam 2023, Vovinam sport is also on Charter of Olympic council of Asia. d to the 2006 Asian Beach Games, 2009 Asian Indoor Games 2009 and also included in Southeast Asian Games., Vovinam was also added to the Martial Arts Games in 2010 and 2013 in Iran
Pakistan Vovinam Federation is non-profit organization that is promoting Vovinam sport in Pakistan. Pakistan Vovinam Federation working to coordinate with provinces Vovinam Associations. Now yet Pakistan Vovinam organized Approximately 14 Vovinam Championships in Pakistan and 4 male and female coaching and Technical official course in KPK and Punjab Provinces, Our Punjab Vovinam Association is working in under the umbrella of Punjab Sports Board and Government of Punjab. Pakistan Vovinam Federation (PVF) is also affiliated with World Vovinam Federation (WVVF), Asian Vovinam Federation (AVF), South Asian Vovinam Federation (SAVF) and Islamic World Vovinam Federation (IWVF) Pakistani Vovinam team also Participated in international Vovinam Championships and got silver and bronze medals, 2020 we won bronze medal in fight event at 6th World Vovinam Championship Cambodia. Mr Shafiq Ur Rehman Khattana and Usman Nazir are also got Vovinam training from World Vovinam Federation’s Vietnami Master in 2020, and they are Certify Vovinam Master in Pakistan from World Vovinam federation (Vietnam)
