🤝 Monthly Stakeholders' Coordination Meeting | Malaria Control Program, KP

Frontier Primary Health Care (FPHC) proudly participated in the Monthly Stakeholders' Coordination Meeting of the Integrated Vector Control/Malaria Control Program, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, alongside The Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN) and the World Health Organization (WHO).

🦟 The meeting focused on reviewing the malaria situation, assessing program progress, addressing implementation challenges, and strengthening coordination to enhance malaria control efforts across the province.

Together, we are working towards a malaria-free Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. 💙

شدید گرمی صحت کے لیے خطرناک ثابت ہو سکتی ہے، خاص طور پر بچوں، بزرگوں اور کھلے ماحول میں کام کرنے والے افراد کے لیے۔ آئیے چند آسان احتیاطی تدابیر اختیار کر کے خود بھی محفوظ رہیں اور اپنے پیاروں کو بھی محفوظ رکھیں۔

✔️ دن بھر مناسب مقدار میں پانی پئیں۔
✔️ دوپہر 12 بجے سے شام 4 بجے تک غیر ضروری طور پر دھوپ میں نکلنے سے گریز کریں۔
✔️ ہلکے رنگ کے، ڈھیلے اور سوتی کپڑے پہنیں۔
✔️ بچوں، بزرگوں یا پالتو جانوروں کو کبھی بھی کھڑی گاڑی میں اکیلا نہ چھوڑیں۔

آپ کی معمولی احتیاط آپ اور آپ کے خاندان کی صحت کا تحفظ کر سکتی ہے۔

🤝 Strengthening Partnerships for Community Impact

FPHC is proud to continue its collaboration with Sabawoon School Rajjar, a project of the Sabawoon Volunteers Association, to support education, health, and community development initiatives.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Emel Khan, (Executive Director FPHC), and Dr. Kazim Niaz (World Bank Group Alternate Executive Director), Founder of Sabawoon Volunteers Association, reaffirming the shared commitment of both organizations to further strengthen this partnership and expand future collaborative efforts.

عوامی آگاہی، بروقت نشاندہی اور مؤثر نگرانی کے ذریعے ڈینگی و ملیریا کے خاتمے کے لیے ہماری کوششیں جاری ہیں۔

📢 فرنٹیئر پرائمری ہیلتھ کیئر آپ سب سے اپیل کرتا ہے کہ 18 مئی سے 24 مئی 2026 تک جاری پولیو مہم کے دوران اپنے 5 سال سے کم عمر ہر بچے کو پولیو سے بچاؤ کے قطرے لازمی پلائیں۔ 💧

⚠️ پولیو ایک خطرناک بیماری ہے جو عمر بھر کی معذوری کا سبب بن سکتی ہے، مگر صرف دو قطرے آپ کے بچے کو محفوظ بنا سکتے ہیں۔ ✨

🤝 آئیں! ذمہ دار شہری ہونے کا ثبوت دیں اور اپنی آنے والی نسل کو پولیو سے پاک پاکستان کا تحفہ دیں۔ 🇵🇰

Malaria Awareness in Action | District Hangu 🦟💚

Highlights from our recent malaria awareness activities in District Hangu, featuring one dedicated session with Lady Health Workers (LHWs) and two impactful sessions conducted in schools.

The LHW session focused on strengthening frontline capacity in prevention strategies, early diagnosis, and effective community engagement—reinforcing their vital role in timely response and community protection.

School-based sessions engaged students with key messages on malaria prevention, symptoms, and the importance of a clean environment, fostering awareness and encouraging positive behavioral change from an early age.

Together, by reaching both communities and young learners, we are taking meaningful steps toward a malaria-free future. 🌍✨

🌍🦟 World Malaria Day 2026

Frontier Primary Health Care (FPHC), in collaboration with Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN), conducted a successful awareness session at Post Graduate College, District Karak.

Students and faculty actively participated in spreading awareness about malaria prevention, early diagnosis, and timely treatment. Educating our youth is a powerful step towards eliminating malaria from our communities. 📚✨
