Gladly organized an art exhibition at Government College of Education Sukkur on 27 May, 2025.

As a faculty member of the college and a member of Helping Hope Society (HHS), it is an absolute pleasure to serve my people and add value to their learning.

Art is to express your emotions, feelings, and thought process and show your talent to the world. I believe every educational institution should instill this vigour among students and promote their artistic style of communication.

Helping Hope Society Organizes First Plantation Drive in Tando Mitha Khan

Tando Mitha Khan — Helping Hope Society successfully conducted its first plantation drive camp in Tando Mitha Khan, marking a significant step toward environmental sustainability and community awareness.

The event witnessed active participation from local volunteers, youth groups, and community members who joined hands to plant numerous saplings across designated areas. The initiative aims to combat climate change, promote greenery, and foster a sense of responsibility toward nature among the local population.

Organizers from Helping Hope Society expressed gratitude to all participants and emphasized their commitment to conducting more eco-friendly and community-based initiatives in the future.

ٽنڊو مٺا خان — هيلپنگ هوپ سوسائٽي ٽنڊي مٺا خان ۾ پنهنجو پهريون ٻوٽا لڳائڻ جي ڪئمپ ڪاميابي سان منعقد ڪيو، جيڪو ماحولياتي استحڪام ۽ برادري جي شعور جي طرف هڪ اهم قدم آهي.

تقريب ۾ مقامي رضاڪارن، نوجوانن جي گروپن ۽ برادري جي ميمبرن جي سرگرم شرڪت ڏٺي وئي، جن مقرر ڪيل علائقن ۾ ڪيترائي ٻوٽا لڳائڻ لاءِ هٿ ملايو. هن شروعات جو مقصد موسمياتي تبديلي کي منهن ڏيڻ، سائي کي فروغ ڏيڻ ۽ مقامي آبادي ۾ فطرت جي حوالي سان ذميواري جو احساس پيدا ڪرڻ آهي.

"SAY NO TO CHEATING"
Conducted session on 'awareness against cheating in the examination' at Government College of Education, Sukkur. Time: 11: 00 am to 12 PM. By: Rahmana Ghafoor.
Students were given awareness regarding the consequences of cheating in the examination. They were told about its effects. Being involved in cheating by any means is injustice with the deserving students and foul play with the future generations. Students were taken pledge to stand against it and eliminated all means of cheating and report cheating in case they witness any. They were informed about the do's and dont's during the examination. They were asked to understand the question on their own without the hell of a teacher as understanding a question is a part of examination. Then they were shared all the rules of cheating free environment.

شاگردن کي امتحان ۾ نقل جي نتيجن بابت آگاهي ڏني وئي. انهن کي ان جي اثرن بابت ٻڌايو ويو. ڪنهن به طريقي سان نقل ۾ ملوث هجڻ مستحق شاگردن سان ناانصافي ۽ ايندڙ نسلن سان بدتميزي آهي. شاگردن کي عهد ورتو ويو ته اهي ان جي خلاف بيٺا رهندا ۽ نقل جي سڀني طريقن کي ختم ڪندا ۽ جيڪڏهن اهي ڪو به ثبوت ڏين ته نقل جي رپورٽ ڪندا. انهن کي امتحان دوران ڪرڻ ۽ نه ڪرڻ بابت آگاهه ڪيو ويو. انهن کي چيو ويو ته اهي استاد جي مدد کان سواءِ پاڻ سوال کي سمجهن ڇاڪاڻ ته سوال کي سمجهڻ امتحان جو حصو آهي. پوءِ انهن کي نقل کان پاڪ ماحول جا سڀ قاعدا شيئر ڪيا ويا.

*Empowering Rural Women: Informative Session on Hygiene Practices*

A valuable informative session was conducted in Village Morhadi by Maryam Bhatti, a dedicated member of Helping Hope Society (HHS). The session, which focused on the significance of hygiene practices, witnessed enthusiastic participation from local women.

The session comprehensively covered three crucial aspects:

1. *Food Hygiene*: Emphasizing the importance of handling, storing, and preparing food in a clean and safe environment.
2. *Personal Hygiene*: Highlighting essential practices such as handwashing, bathing, and oral hygiene to maintain overall well-being.
3. *Environmental Hygiene*: Discussing the need for proper waste management, sanitation, and cleanliness in the community to prevent diseases.

By educating rural women on these vital hygiene practices, Helping Hope Society aims to promote a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle in Village Morhadi. Appreciated to Maryam Bhatti and HHS for their tireless efforts in empowering local communities!

هيلپنگ هوپ سوسائٽي (HHS) جي هڪ وقف ميمبر مريم ڀٽي پاران ڳوٺ مورهاڏي ۾ هڪ قيمتي معلوماتي سيشن منعقد ڪيو ويو. سيشن، جيڪو صفائي جي طريقن جي اهميت تي ڌيان ڏئي رهيو هو، مقامي عورتن جي پرجوش شرڪت ڏٺي وئي.

سيشن جامع طور تي ٽن اهم پهلوئن کي ڍڪيو:

1. *کاڌي جي صفائي*: صاف ۽ محفوظ ماحول ۾ کاڌو هٿ ڪرڻ، ذخيرو ڪرڻ ۽ تيار ڪرڻ جي اهميت تي زور ڏيڻ.

2. *ذاتي صفائي*: مجموعي ڀلائي کي برقرار رکڻ لاءِ هٿ ڌوئڻ، غسل ڪرڻ ۽ زباني صفائي جهڙن ضروري طريقن کي اجاگر ڪرڻ.

3. *ماحولياتي صفائي*: بيمارين کي روڪڻ لاءِ برادري ۾ مناسب فضول انتظام، صفائي ۽ صفائي جي ضرورت تي بحث ڪرڻ.

ڳوٺاڻين عورتن کي انهن اهم صفائي جي طريقن تي تعليم ڏيڻ سان، هيلپنگ هوپ سوسائٽي جو مقصد ڳوٺ مورهاڏي ۾ هڪ صحت مند ۽ وڌيڪ پائيدار طرز زندگي کي فروغ ڏيڻ آهي. مقامي برادري کي بااختيار بڻائڻ ۾ انهن جي انتھڪ ڪوششن لاءِ مريم ڀٽي ۽ HHS جي تعريف!
