❤️‍🩹 ہائی بلڈ پریشر کو “خاموش قاتل” اسی لیے کہا جاتا ہے کہ یہ اکثر بغیر کسی واضح علامت کے ہوتا ہے، لیکن یہ دل کے دورے، فالج، گردوں کی بیماری اور قبل از وقت موت کا سبب بن سکتا ہے۔
🌍 دنیا بھر میں تقریباً 1.4 ارب لوگ ہائی بلڈ پریشر (Hypertension) کے ساتھ زندگی گزار رہے ہیں، لیکن ان میں سے بہت سے افراد کو اس بات کا علم ہی نہیں ہوتا کہ وہ اس بیماری میں مبتلا ہیں۔
📅 ورلڈ ہائپرٹینشن ڈے (17 مئی) کے موقع پر پیغام بہت سادہ ہے:
🩺 اپنا بلڈ پریشر باقاعدگی سے چیک کریں — یہ آپ کی زندگی بچا سکتا ہے۔
سادہ عادات بڑی تبدیلی لا سکتی ہیں:
🥗 کم نمک اور صحت مند غذا کھائیں
🚶 جسمانی سرگرمی کو معمول بنائیں
🚭 تمباکو نوشی سے پرہیز کریں
🍷 الکحل کا استعمال کم کریں
💊 ادویات صرف ڈاکٹر کے مشورے کے مطابق استعمال کریں
📌 علاج ممکن ہے — لیکن صرف اسی صورت میں جب ہائی بلڈ پریشر کی بروقت تشخیص ہو اور اسے مستقل طور پر کنٹرول میں رکھا جائے۔

Medical Camp Survey with Health & Hygiene Awareness Campaign in Villages......................................
Today, the team of Ehsas-E-Khidmat Welfare Association conducted a survey of two villages in the surrounding areas of Ahmedpur and also organized sensitization (health and hygiene awareness) sessions.
The local villagers fully cooperated with the team. During the survey, patients were identified who were suffering from symptoms such as long-term fever, cough, sputum, and blood in sputum. Detailed information regarding their health conditions was collected from these patients.

The action of Attaullah Tarar is truly commendable
Good deeds should be appreciated, even when done by political opponents.
Just look at the generosity and character of the federal minister from Pakistan Muslim League (N), he seated a struggling young man from Khairpur on his own chair.
The young man, Azhar Memon from Khairpur, was invited to Islamabad and honored with respect. Encouraging him in this way is truly a great gesture.
Azhar, despite being highly educated, had fallen into drug addiction and was living a difficult, homeless life. Suddenly, a video of him speaking fluent English went viral and reached the federal minister.
Upon seeing it, the minister invited him, treated him with dignity, and even seated him in his own chair, a powerful act of kindness and encouragement.

Community Medical Camp Survey and Health & Hygiene Awareness Program in Rural Villages..................
Alhamdulillah, today our team from the Ehsas-E-Khidmat Welfare Association conducted a survey in four different villages. During this survey, information regarding cough and old fever cases was collected. The main purpose of this survey is to organize a medical camp in Ahmedpur city.
During the planned medical camp, poor and needy people will be provided free medical check-ups, medical tests, X-rays, and medicines. Along with this, awareness about cleanliness and sanitation will also be given in the villages. The local villagers fully cooperated with our team during this activity.
