Modern Teaching Techniques Training for Government School Teachers in Nazimabad Town, Karachi — Day 1.

Alhamdulillah — Tadabbur Institute for Resource Development successfully conducted Day 1 of its Teachers Training session on "Modern Teaching Techniques" for government school teachers in Nazimabad Town, Karachi, led by trainer Sidra Sajid at Rashid Minhas Government School.

Teaching methods that worked a decade ago don't always meet today's classroom needs. This session introduced government school teachers in Karachi to modern, student-centered teaching techniques — practical strategies to make lessons more engaging, interactive, and effective for today's learners.

Sidra Sajid brought hands-on, relatable guidance to the session, helping teachers see how small shifts in classroom approach can lead to real improvements in student engagement and learning outcomes.

We're grateful to Chairman Syed Muhammad Muzaffar for his continued support of this teachers training initiative, and to every teacher who joined with enthusiasm and a genuine willingness to grow.

Alhamdulillah — Tadabbur Institute for Resource Development successfully conducted a Teachers Training session on "Classroom Assessment" for government school teachers in Nazimabad Town, Karachi, led by trainer Muhammad Hussain at Rashid Minhas Government School.

Effective assessment is the backbone of real learning. This session guided government school teachers in Karachi through practical strategies to evaluate student progress accurately, identify learning gaps early, and use assessment as a tool for genuine improvement — not just grading.

This session, titled "SWOT Analysis," was led by our Honorary President, Dr. Maroof Bin Rauf, at Rashid Minhas Government School.

Strong leadership begins with self-awareness. This session guided government school principals in Karachi through identifying their institution's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats — building a clear, practical framework for smarter decision-making and long-term school improvement.

Dr. Maroof Bin Rauf brought deep expertise and hands-on guidance to the session, helping principals connect strategic thinking directly to real challenges in their schools.

مضبوط قیادت خود آگاہی سے شروع ہوتی ہے۔ اس سیشن نے کراچی کے گورنمنٹ اسکول پرنسپلز کو اپنے ادارے کی طاقتوں، کمزوریوں، مواقع اور چیلنجز کی نشاندہی کرنے میں رہنمائی دی — ایک واضح اور عملی فریم ورک کے ذریعے بہتر فیصلہ سازی اور طویل مدتی اسکول بہتری کے لیے۔

Alhamdulillah — Tadabbur Institute for Resource Development successfully celebrated the Certification Day of our interns at Karachi University, marking the completion of our 6-Week Internship Program that commenced in March 2026.

Internships are more than just a line on a resume — they are a season of learning, adapting, and discovering what you're truly capable of. Over the course of these 6 weeks, our interns showed up with curiosity, put in consistent effort, and grew into contributors we're proud to have had on our team.
