We were delighted to host Muhammad Arsalan Siddiqui, communication coach and mentor at Bahria University, as Guest Speaker at the Raah Mentorship Program Cohort 2 Closing Ceremony.

Addressing our mentors and mentees, he shared insightful perspectives on navigating the age of AI — highlighting how technological advancement is transforming industries and redefining career expectations. He emphasized that while AI enhances access to knowledge and efficiency, it is human mentorship that builds judgment, clarity, and leadership capability.

In collaboration with University – Center of Excellence for International Collaboration, we hosted the Cohort 2 Recognition & Closing Ceremony of the Raah Mentorship Program.

The event marked the completion of months of structured mentorship — bringing mentors and mentees together to reflect on their journey, share key learnings, and celebrate growth while reinforcing our mission of bridging academia and industry.

From reflections by our Founder, Nazish, to career insights from Shafaq Khan and Naila Baloch, the focus remained on navigating early careers with confidence and clarity.

We were also honored to hear from Arsalan Siddiqui, Professor at Bahria University, who spoke about the age of AI and why human mentorship remains essential in shaping future leaders.
