Have you ever felt like you needed someone to understand what you're going through?
My younger sister proved to be a rock during a difficult time in my life, providing me with unconditional support. Soon after, she was presented with an amazing opportunity to work as a community manager executive at a well-respected agency. Despite her feeling guilty and contemplating the rejection of the offer, I urged her to pursue this opportunity and become financially independent.
With this community, I am facilitating financial freedom. As a member of EmpowerHer Pakistan , I invite each of you to engage in fostering a supportive ecosystem . This community is more than a peer support network; it's a professional sisterhood, particularly for women on a career break, women re-entering the workforce, and women transitioning to remote work due to flexibility and motherhood.
Recently, I saw a post in the group where a girl was asking for suggestions for her daycare business idea and many of you were exceptionally supportive, appreciative and one was ready to connect her with a Montessori directress. Such is the power of a strong online community. You get help in nanoseconds. Ideas, advice and information.
If your firm has an open job posting, please consider sharing and help another woman take charge of her finances. If you're stuck between motherhood, daycare and a demanding job, please ask for support and we will be here to guide you through and make it seem a little less lonely.
