- Enhance and maintain the beauty and unique lifestyle of the Hawksbay.
- To maintain close ties with City Government officials.
- Promote safe and family-friendly neighborhoods in the beach front community.
- Preserve the real estate values of house-owners.
- B.H.O.A. Over-development on beach side could lead to increased real estate density, as well as impose excessive pressure on beach and existing public facilities.
- Support labour and locals in situations like floods, bad weather conditions and for their wellness
The Association meets regularly but formally once a year giving members an opportunity to renew acquaintances and voice their concerns. MISSION STATEMENT AND OBJECTIVE

It is our mission to represent the best interests of the majority of the Beach House Owners in maintaining their Beach wellness and their property values. Objectives
To maintain close ties with members of the Beach Property Owners’ Association, (“B.H.O.A.”) in order to understand their interests and concerns thoroughly, and to brief them on current events that affect them.
- To maintain close ties with those officials of the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation who influence, control, or make decisions that may affect the members of the B.H.O.A. –including the Mayor, Commissioners, Administrator and Sindh government. The main purpose is to be in a position to identify changes in planning and regulations, ordinances, plans, policies, and other matters that may affect the property owners and the beach wellness.
- To develop and update periodically, with membership input, a ‘vision of the future’ for the beach area. Goals created through this visioning’ will guide B.H.O.A. actions.
- To keep abreast of all governmental developments that may impact the B.H.O.A. mission, and take appropriate action.
