Big Butterfly Month Pakistan 2025: Winners Announcement! ๐Ÿฆ‹

Weโ€™re delighted to announce the Top 3 Winners of Big Butterfly Month 2025 (Pakistan)

The ranking criteria were simple yet competitive: document the highest number of butterfly species throughout September and submit your observations to our citizen-science project on iNaturalist.org. All records are carefully verified by expert identifiers to ensure data quality.

To maintain complete transparency, participants are automatically ranked based on their submitted observations on the projectโ€™s main iNaturalist page.

This Yearโ€™s Winners:
๐Ÿฅ‡ 1st Place: Hassan Khan
๐Ÿฅˆ 2nd Place: Muhammad Ayaz Mahmood
๐Ÿฅ‰ 3rd Place: S. Kazmi

Congratulations to our outstanding winners for their dedication and passion for butterfly conservation! Each will receive a special gift package courtesy of the Pakistan Butterfly Society and Rewilding Indus.

We look forward to seeing you all again in BBM 2026 for another exciting month of discovery and citizen science!
