Special Olympics Pakistan visited Beaconhouse Main Campus, Canal for a meeting and an amazing orientation session for students and staff.

The purpose built campus brought senior and junior students to learn about the work Special Olympics Pakistan is doing and how they can participate in the Unified Champion Schools program.

A lot of students showed enthusiasm to participate in the program and become leaders and advocates of inclusion.

Lets build a generation that shows acceptance, has empathy, and believes in inclusion.

Special Olympics Pakistan organized an Inclusive Educators Learning and Exchange Session for educators from mainstream and special schools for the first time in Lahore.

The session consisted of learning about Special Olympics Pakistan, Segregation and Unified Champion Schools, the Sustainability Gap, Inclusive Educators Leadership, understanding the Social Model of Disability, Universal Design for Learning, and next steps.
The training session was organized to equip educators with the understanding and tools to empower Youth Leaders with and without Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, building on the Unified Champion Schools Program’s previous implementation through Inclusive Youth Leaders (IYL).

The session provided educators with an opportunity to learn, exchange experiences, and explore how they can play a more active role in creating inclusive school communities. Thank you to all educators who participated in the session.
