Special Olympics Pakistan successfully conducted a Mentor Onboarding and Training Workshop, bringing together former SOP National Youth Leadership Committee members and experienced volunteers as mentors.

Through structured training and capacity-building sessions, these mentors are now equipped to guide Athlete Leaders on their journey, building a sustainable leadership pipeline within the Athlete Leadership pathway.

The workshop created space for meaningful connections, allowing mentors and athletes to bond, understand individual strengths and areas of growth, and lay the foundation for impactful mentorship.

Over the coming months, mentors will work closely with their assigned athletes through weekly one-on-one sessions, nurturing confidence, strengthening skills, and empowering athletes to become strong advocates for inclusion.
