The Regional General Council organized by Alkhidmat Foundation Sindh has commenced in Karachi under the chairmanship of President Alkhidmat Foundation Sindh Dr. Syed Tabassum Jafri.

The formal proceedings began with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Hafiz Naveed Ahmed, followed by an inspiring Dars-e-Quran delivered by Habib Ahmad Hanfi.

The council is attended by the President of Alkhidmat Foundation Sindh, Dr. Syed Tabassum Jafri, alongside all regional officials and district presidents. During the council sessions, performance reports from all districts will be presented to comprehensively review Alkhidmat's operations across Sindh.

Alkhidmat Foundation and The University of Faisalabad agree to extend educational support to Palestinian students.

A formal Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by the Director of the Alkhidmat Palestinian Scholarships Program, Prof. Dr. Saad Zafar, and the Rector of The University of Faisalabad, Prof. Dr. Aman Ullah Malik.

Under the MoU, Palestinian students from Gaza will be offered 100% scholarships covering degree fees, admission fees, and other fixed charges for selected Palestinian students enrolled in designated undergraduate and postgraduate programs. In addition, Palestinian students will be provided with academic support, mentoring, laboratory access where applicable, and guidance to facilitate their successful integration and academic progress.

The agreement also includes clinical training opportunities for medical and dental students from universities in Gaza.

وسائل کی کمی پاکستان میں 87 فیصد نوجوانوں کے لیے اعلیٰ تعلیم کے حصول کی راہ میں ایک بڑی رکاوٹ ہے۔

پاکستان میں 6 کروڑ 70 لاکھ سے زائد نوجوان میڈیکل، انجنیئرنگ اور آئی ٹی سمیت مختلف شعبوں میں اعلیٰ تعلیم حاصل کر کے ایک روشن مستقبل کا خواب رکھتے ہیں۔ لیکن اس وقت پاکستان میں اعلیٰ تعلیم حاصل کرنے والے نوجوانوں کی تعداد محض 13 فیصد ہے۔

الخدمت اکیڈمک اسکالرشپ، وسائل سے محروم ہونہار طلباء و طالبات کو زیورِ تعلیم سے آراستہ کرنے کے لیے کوشاں ہے۔

اب تک 7,820 طلباء و طالبات کو الخدمت اکیڈمک اسکالرشپ کے تحت اعلیٰ تعلیم کے حصول میں معاونت کے لیے اسکالرشپس فراہم کی جا چکی ہیں۔
