First, On behalf of the Deinfa Motors (Hashim Family) I would like to sincerely thank you for your interest in supporting our fundraising cause, which is to gather and utilized donations in the relief and rehabilitation of the victims of the recent floods in Badin. Badin district has been declared as calamity struck area and has been inundated with 4-15 feet of water. A large number of villages ha
ve been cut off from the out side world and hundreds of people marooned. Many need help gutting their homes and rebuilding their lives. We want to make a difference in the lives of these people, and in order to do that we need your help. We have signed up as a disaster relief volunteer with the local landlords (Talpur Family) and will be traveling with (family and friends) to Badin on Sunday, September 18th, to aid the communities that are struggling to carry on with their lives after the recent floods. We need to raise substantial funds to be a part of this disaster relief effort. Any (personal) contribution you are willing to make would be much appreciated (Big/Small). Your gift will directly support recovery and rebuilding in these hard-hit communities. Our first step will be to provide basic necessities of daily life, such as food items (Rice, Flour, Lentils, Water … etc) clothing, shelters (Tents, Blankets). In addition, a detailed report (including pictures) and receipts for all expenses will be forwarded to donators so they may see where and how the funds were utilized. We thank you once again for your interest and humbly request you to forward this letter to family, friends and co-workers wiling to provide a helping hand. Should you require further information, please feel free to contact us. Kindest Regards,
DML Team
PS: At this time there are no NGO’s in the Badin area and are therefore not asking corporations for direct donation (as they have strict guidelines). This is strictly on a personal donation request basis. Also, distribution of the goods will be supervised by the Talpur Family under a safe and controlled environment as to avoid mob rule
