How we started
BACKGROUND According to recent demographics, 65% of Pakistan’s population is under the age of 25. This means that approximately 27 million people are between the ages of 16 to 25. These young people have the potential to make a lasting difference in their communities. FESF has been engaging Pakistani Youth in community work for the past 12 years and has built a strong network of capable and motivated young volunteers. During our work, it became apparent that training was needed in order to develop quality and sustainable community projects and to increase the impact these projects were having. Thus the MOVE program was created as a resource that focuses on soft skill training, leadership development, and project management.
