Umang Fellowship Program Chapter 5

A Guest Speaker Session was organized by the Umang Fellowship Program, Chapter 5, at Rose Youth Point.

distinguished guest speaker was Professor Amir Bakhsh Baloch, former Associate Professor at Sindh Muslim Arts & Commerce College and a renowned academic and literary personality.

Drawing upon his extensive academic experience and keeping in view the challenges of today’s rapidly changing world, Professor Amir Bakhsh Baloch shared valuable insights with the young fellows on how to face future challenges, make informed decisions, and work towards building a better and meaningful future.

concluded with an engaging Question & Answer session, during which the young fellows of the Umang Fellowship Program asked various questions. Professor Amir Bakhsh Baloch responded thoughtfully and satisfactorily, providing guidance and encouragement to the young participants.

LEAD FORWARD — The Final Day!

The final day of LEAD FORWARD. A 3-Day Student Leadership BootCamp & Leadership Club Formation.

The day concluded with a Certification & Closing Ceremony, followed by the official announcement of the Student Leadership Club creating a platform for students to continue leading extracurricular activities, developing ideas, and making an impact within their college.

From the lobby to the final showdown, our Free Fire CS Tournament brought together young gamers for an exciting day of teamwork, strategy, and healthy competition!

As part of the Umang Fellowship Chapter 5 Social Action Project, bringing together Initiative of Umang Fellowship,

Bringing participants from multiple schools and the wider youth community.

Four squads entered the battlefield:
🔴 The Rose Boys
🟣 Prime Rose
🔵 Red Rose
🟢 The Soulfuls

After some intense matches, Prime Rose secured the ultimate BOOYAH and emerged as our champions! 🏆

Beyond the game, the tournament was all about engaging youth, promoting e-gaming, building teamwork, and creating a space for healthy competition.

LEAD FORWARD — Day 1 Successfully Conducted!

The journey of LEAD FORWARD — a 3-Day Student Leadership BootCamp & Leadership Club Formation has officially begun!

Day 1 was all about Leadership & Teamwork, bringing together energetic and enthusiastic students at Govt. Degree Science & Commerce College Lyari

Through interactive activities, teamwork, discussions, and leadership challenges, students explored what it truly means to lead, collaborate, and take initiative.

The fellows also started developing ideas and turning them into actionable plans for the upcoming Student Leadership Club — building a platform where students can continue to lead, create, and make an impact.

We were honoured to welcome our distinguished guests and speakers:

Anwar Ali Bhatti — Chief Guest
Zar Khan Baloch — Guest Speaker

ہر بچے کو سیکھنے، خواب دیکھنے، تخلیق کرنے اور آگے بڑھنے کا پورا حق حاصل ہے۔
​امنگ فیلوشپ چیپٹر 5 کے فیلوز نے اپنے پہلے سوشل ایکشن پروجیکٹ Beyond School کا کاميابی سے انعقاد کیا۔

اس سرگرمی کے ذریعے اسکول سے محروم، سڑکوں پر وقت گزارنے والے اور پسے ہوئے طبقے سے تعلق رکھنے والے بچوں کے لیے کہانیوں، حفظانِ صحت کی آگاہی، رہنمائی، تخلیق کاری اور دیکھ بھال پر مبنی ایک بامقصد اور منفرد تجربہ فراہم کیا گیا۔

​بچوں نے کہانی سنائی کے پرکشش سیشن میں حصہ لیا، ذاتی صفائی و ستھرائی کے اصول سیکھے، اور اپنے تعلیمی سفر کی شروعات کے لیے اسکول بیگز اور اسٹیشنری حاصل کیں۔

​اس بات چیت کے دوران بہت سے بچوں نے اسکول جانے کی خواہش کا اظہار کیا، لیکن مالی مشکلات اب بھی ان کی راہ میں رکاوٹ بنی ہوئی ہیں۔ اس امر نے ان بچوں کو تعلیم تک رسائی دلانے اور ایک روشن مستقبل کی طرف پہلا قدم بڑھانے میں مدد کرنے کے ہمارے عزم کو مزید مضبوط کیا ہے۔

​ہماری مشترکہ کوششوں کا مقصد ایک ایسا محفوظ اور مثبت ماحول فراہم کرنا ہے جہاں ہر بچہ خود کو اہم، باہمت اور تعلیم سے جڑا ہوا محسوس کرے۔

​"Beyond School" صرف ایک پروگرام نہیں بلکہ یہ ایک بہتر اور روشن کل کا وعدہ ہے۔
​آئیے مل کر، انہیں اسکول کی طرف لے کر چلیں۔

Umang Fellowship Chapter 5 Fellows successfully executed their 1st Social Action Project, “Beyond School,” creating a meaningful experience for out-of-school, street, and marginalized children through storytelling, hygiene awareness, mentorship, creativity, and care.

The children participated in engaging storytelling sessions, learned about personal hygiene, connected with mentors, and received school bags and stationery to support their learning journey.

During the interaction, many children shared their desire to join school, but financial challenges continue to stand in their way. This strengthened our commitment to work towards helping these children access education and take their first steps toward a brighter future.

Together, we aim to create a safe and positive space where every child feels valued, inspired, and connected to learning.

Beyond School isn’t just a program but it’s a promise for a better tomorrow.

Together, let’s take them Beyond School.

روز یوتھ پوائنٹ لیاری کے زیرِ اہتمام ’’سوشل میڈیا اور ہمارا معاشرہ‘‘ کے موضوع پر ایک اہم اور فکرانگیز پینل ڈسکشن کا انعقاد کیا گیا۔ پروگرام میں معروف ادیب و استاد شبیر حسین، معروف سماجی کارکن جاوید بلوچ اور معروف پبلک اسپیکر پارس میمن نے بطور پینلسٹس شرکت کی، جبکہ نظامت کے فرائض روز یوتھ پوائنٹ کے ڈائریکٹر زر خان بلوچ نے انجام دیے۔

پروگرام میں ادبی و سماجی شخصیات کے علاوہ نوجوانوں کی ایک بڑی تعداد نے شرکت کی۔ شرکاء نے موضوع میں بھرپور دلچسپی کا اظہار کیا اور گفتگو کے دوران مختلف پہلوؤں پر اپنی آراء بھی پیش کیں۔

پینل ڈسکشن کے دوران پینلسٹس نے مختلف سوالات کے جوابات دیتے ہوئے سوشل میڈیا کے مثبت اور منفی اثرات کا تفصیلی جائزہ لیا۔ مقررین نے اس بات پر روشنی ڈالی کہ سوشل میڈیا جہاں معلومات، تعلیم، اظہارِ رائے، رابطوں اور نوجوانوں کی صلاحیتوں کو اجاگر کرنے کا مؤثر ذریعہ بن سکتا ہے، وہیں اس کا غیر ذمہ دارانہ اور بے دریغ استعمال معاشرے، بالخصوص نوجوان نسل پر منفی اثرات بھی مرتب کر سکتا ہے۔

پینلسٹس نے نوجوانوں میں سوشل میڈیا کے بڑھتے ہوئے استعمال، اس کے سماجی رویوں، سوچ، تعلیم، تعلقات اور روزمرہ زندگی پر پڑنے والے اثرات کے ساتھ ساتھ ذمہ دارانہ اور مثبت استعمال کی ضرورت پر بھی تفصیلی گفتگو کی۔

پروگرام کے دوران حاضرین کی جانب سے بھی مختلف سوالات اٹھائے گئے، جن کے پینلسٹس نے مدلل اور جامع انداز میں جوابات دیے۔ سوال و جواب کے اس دلچسپ اور بامقصد سلسلے نے گفتگو کو مزید مؤثر اور جامع بنا دیا۔

مجموعی طور پر یہ نشست نوجوانوں اور معاشرے میں سوشل میڈیا کے کردار کو سمجھنے، اس کے مثبت استعمال کو فروغ دینے اور منفی اثرات سے بچنے کے حوالے سے ایک بامعنی، معلوماتی اور فکر انگیز مکالمہ ثابت ہوئی۔
