Since 2018, Mehran Institute of Human Resources Development has been empowering women and youth through skill-based education. The institute offers training in Information Technology, Beautician (Beauty Therapy), Stitching & Tailoring, and Mehndi Art.
Through regular and crash courses, 6000+ women and youth have been trained, enabling them to develop practical skills, start small businesses, and improve their livelihoods.

Mehran Awareness and Development Organization (MADO) successfully organized a Rural Women’s Day Seminar and Award Ceremony in collaboration with Habib Metro Bank, with the support and participation of various national and international NGOs, development partners, and stakeholders including representatives aligned with global initiatives such as the World Bank.
The event aimed to recognize the contributions, resilience, and empowerment of rural women by bringing together community leaders, civil society organizations, financial institutions, and women from diverse rural backgrounds. Key discussions focused on women’s economic empowerment, financial inclusion, education, entrepreneurship, and access to opportunities.
The seminar featured inspirational speeches, panel discussions, and interactive sessions, followed by a prestigious award ceremony honoring outstanding rural women for their achievements and impact in their communities. Representatives from different NGOs highlighted their ongoing efforts to support women’s development and social uplift.

Two-Days Youth Sports Gala 2025

The Mehran Awareness and Development Organization (MADO) successfully organized a vibrant and engaging Two-Day Youth Sports Gala in collaboration with the Sports and Youth Affairs Department, Government of Sindh. The event was held on 18th and 19th January 2025, bringing together a large number of enthusiastic young participants from different communities.

The primary objective of the Sports Gala was to promote healthy activities, teamwork, leadership, and youth engagement through sports. The event featured a variety of games and competitions, providing a platform for young talent to showcase their skills, energy, and sportsmanship.

Over the two days, participants actively took part in different sports activities, fostering a spirit of unity, discipline, and positive competition. The event also encouraged community involvement and strengthened connections between youth and institutions working for their development.

The collaboration with the Government of Sindh’s Sports and Youth Affairs Department added significant value to the event, ensuring proper organization, wider outreach, and Youth Impactctful engagement.
