اپنے حقوق جانیئے اور اس کرپٹ سسٹم کے خلاف اواز اٹھائیے

قانون کے مطابق، مگر کیا کریں
بھٹو نہیں زرداری زندہ ہے

سیٹ بیلٹ کیلئے section-89 B
کہتی ہے کہ سیٹ بیلٹ صرف نوٹیفائ روڈز پر پہننی یے یعنی کہ جہاں پر اوور اسپیڈ سیٹ بیلٹ پہننے کا بینر یا سائن بورڈ بن یا انڈیکیٹر لگا ہو یا اس روڈ پر سیٹ بیلٹ پہننا لازمی ہو۔ جیسے کہ ہائی وے۔ نارمل اسپیڈ 40 تا 60 پر سیٹ بیلٹ کی ضرورت نہیں۔ سیٹ بیلٹ کا چالان صرف 500 ہے وہ بھی نوٹی فائی روڈ پر
سیٹ بیلٹ شیڈیول 12 کا آئٹم 22 ہے۔

Motorway Ordinance 1965 Sec 89-A describes
ہیلمٹ کا جرمانہ صرف 200 ہے.بائیک چالان شیڈیول 12 کا آئٹم 19ہے ، 2000 یا پانچ ہزار والے سارے چالان جرمانے غیر قانونی ہیں

اس کے تحت اپکی گاڑی ضبط نہیں کی جاسکتی اگر چہ آپ نے چالان نہ بھرے ہوں
چالان جمع نہ پونے کی صورت میں مجسٹریٹ کے پاس مسئلہ جائے گا گاڑی پولیس والےضبط نہیں کرسکتے ۔
کراچی کا قانون پورے صوبے سندھ سے الگ ہے
