AAB- the need of life is an organisation working for Human Rights, Education and Health in Pakistan. We have a project school called Minerva Education System in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 3 (near Lemon Goth area), Karachi. For the past seven years, we have been giving free and concessional schooling to underprivileged children. We have a two floored school, where around 250 underprivileged students st
udy, in morning and evening shifts. Last year, we had received numerous request for free enrolments, but unfortunately we had to refuse them admission; as we cannot meet all our expenses. Basically, near our area, there are many slum colonies where children especially girls are being abducted, sexually abused and some of them strangled to death. The main problem is that there are too many children, who are not in schools. We want to get them off the streets, so that they don’t fall prey and help them save their future. These children are in dire need of your help, their misery is neither being dramatized, nor magnified to gain sympathy, and they are victims of our society neglected by the government and authorities. Please come forward and help them gain some moments of happiness by making their lives better. AAB works in the following areas
• Education of underprivileged and Sexually Abused Children especially girls education
• Youth, Teacher and Volunteer Training on human rights, life skills, teaching and leadership skills
• Curriculum Development
• Addressing Human rights issues through publications and workshops. AAB- the need of life is an effort to address the issues of poverty, education, human rights and health in Sindh,Pakistan. As a result, help restore peace, tolerance, democratic and civil rights in Pakistan. We pledge to spread awareness of these problems, raise funds and finally build training centres, hospitals and schools in Sindh areas of Pakistan. We also aim to spread awareness in the public about human rights, values, democracy and constitutional amendments. Our basic appeal to you is to help us achieve our aim and to save lives of the millions affected by poverty, human rights violations and negligence.
