CERD successfully organized and conducted a Capacity-Building Workshop for the
Empowerment of Principals of GCT-Hilal Schools (Karachi Chapter) to strengthen the
leadership capacity of school principals and promote excellence in education. The workshop equipped participants with practical knowledge and leadership skills in instructional leadership, effective school management, strategic planning, team building, and data-driven decision-making. It also emphasized the importance of emotional intelligence by enhancing participants & emotional awareness, self-regulation, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills,
enabling them to lead their schools with confidence, empathy, and effectiveness.
