Strategic Meetings Pave the Way for International Tours and Grassroots Talent Development
​We are pleased to share updates from a series of highly productive meetings aimed at elevating youth sports and expanding international exposure for our local athletes. Discussions centered on a shared mission: nurturing and strengthening emerging talent to compete globally, while rigorously preparing them for upcoming domestic tournaments.
​Strategic dialogues were held with the following key sports leaders and institutional representatives:
​Mr. Adnan Ashraf (Former National Hockey Player & Director of Sports, Al-Kauther University) and Ms. Sundas Khalid (Sports Coordinator, Al-Kauther University) – Focusing on university-level sports integration and elite training pathways.
​Mr. Khalid Mahmood (Former National Hockey Player & Director of Sports, Aligarh Institute) – Aligning institutional sports infrastructure to support advanced talent development.
​Mr. Adam (Former National Football Coach & Head Coach, Whales College and Wahaj Hussain Schools) – Synergizing youth development programs and school-to-college scouting pipelines for upcoming international tours.
​Key Objectives & Outcomes
​International Tour Pipelines: Establishing robust pathways for youth athletes to gain crucial exposure on global platforms.
​Domestic Readiness: Standardizing preparation frameworks to ensure high-performance ex*****on in upcoming local events.
​Institutional Collaboration: Uniting schools, colleges, and universities under a shared vision for elite sports development.

A Proud Milestone for Sports for All Association
After a long and successful journey of dedication, commitment, and service to grassroots sports development, Sports for All Association has achieved another significant milestone by obtaining affiliation with the Sindh Olympic Association.
This affiliation will further strengthen our mission to promote sports, expand opportunities across multiple disciplines, and contribute more effectively to the development of athletes and sporting communities throughout Sindh and Pakistan.
On this memorable occasion, Shahid Ali Hashmi, Chairman of Sports for All Association, received the affiliation certificate from Ahmed Ali Rajput, Secretary General of the Sindh Olympic Association.
Sports for All Association extends its sincere gratitude to the Sindh Olympic Association for its trust and support. We look forward to working with renewed enthusiasm and commitment to promote more sports, nurture emerging talent, and create greater opportunities for athletes at the grassroots, provincial, and national levels.

Mr. Shahid Ali Hashmi, Chairman, Sports for All Association (SFA), held a productive meeting with Mr. Nadeem Hanif, Director Parks, and Mr. Faisal Khan, Assistant Director, Sports Complex KMC Kashmir Road, Karachi, to discuss the availability and utilization of facilities for upcoming sports and community events.
The meeting focused on exploring opportunities for collaboration and ensuring the provision of suitable venues and support services to facilitate the successful organization of future activities under the banner of Sports for All Association.

It was a privilege and honor to attend the Under-14 Softball Cricket Tournament as the Chief Guest alongside Mr. Nisar Ahmed, Secretary General of the Sindh Fistball Association, and Mr. Nasir Chowglay, CEO of YPSA Sports Academy.
The event showcased the remarkable talent and enthusiasm of young athletes, reflecting the importance of grassroots sports development. As always, the Sports for All Association remains committed to promoting and supporting sports at the grassroots level, providing opportunities for youth to grow, compete, and excel.
Congratulations to Mr. Bashir and Khawagan Sports Academy for successfully organizing this wonderful tournament and contributing to the development of future sports talent.

It is a great honor for the Sports for All Association that our Chairman of Japan Chapter Mr. Mumtaz Alam, has been selected as an ICC Umpire.
We proudly congratulate him on making his international cricket umpiring debut as the 3rd Umpire in the match between South Korea and Fiji, and as the Field Umpire in the match between Fiji and Philippines.
This remarkable achievement is a moment of pride for the entire SFA family and reflects the growing global contribution of our members in the field of international sports. We wish Mr. Mumtaz Alam continued success and many more milestones ahead.

Sports for All Association continues to play a vital role in the promotion and development of sports from grass root level across Pakistan. In continuation of its mission to identify and support emerging talent, Mr. Shahid Ali Hashmi, Chairman SFA, along with Mr. Pardeep Kumar Ochani, visited various football academies operating under the supervision of Sir Adam.
During the visit, the delegation closely observed the training standards, dedication of young athletes, and the remarkable efforts being made at grass root level for the promotion of football. The visit also provided an opportunity to interact with highly talented players and coaches who are shaping the future of the game.
A special meeting was held with international football player Moin Ahmad, whose passion, experience, and commitment towards football reflected a bright and promising future for the sport in Pakistan. His inspiring journey and contribution clearly demonstrate that football in the country is now moving in the right direction.
Over the years, Sports for All Association has successfully contributed towards the growth and promotion of multiple sports disciplines nationwide, creating opportunities for youth through academies, tournaments, talent hunt programs, and awareness campaigns. Now, with the same vision and dedication, the Association is focusing on the development of football to provide young players with a strong platform to shine at national and international levels.
The leadership of SFA reaffirmed its commitment to continue supporting grass root sports initiatives and to work together with academies, coaches, and players for building a stronger future for football in Pakistan.
