🔥 HEATSTROKE AWARENESS & SAFETY CAMPAIGN 🔥

🌞 Stay Safe in Extreme Heat!
Protect yourself and others during high temperatures.
⚠️ What is Heatstroke?
Heatstroke occurs when the body temperature rises above 40°C (104°F) and can be life-threatening.
🚨 Warning Signs:
High body temperature
Hot, dry or sweaty skin
Dizziness or fainting
Headache
Nausea or vomiting
Confusion or unconsciousness
🛡️ Safety Tips:
✔️ Drink plenty of water 💧
✔️ Wear light, loose clothing 👕
✔️ Avoid direct sunlight (12 PM – 4 PM) ☀️
✔️ Use cap/hat and sunglasses 🧢🕶️
✔️ Take rest in shaded or cool areas 🌳
✔️ Never leave children in parked vehicles 🚫
🆘 First Aid for Heatstroke:
Move the person to a cool place
Give water or ORS (if conscious)
Apply cool wet cloths / ice packs
Seek medical help immediately
