PILC Supports Inclusion and Empowerment Organization (IEO) Through Wheelchair Donation

The Pakistan Independent Living Centre (PILC) is pleased to support the Inclusion and Empowerment Organization (IEO) by donating 10 wheelchairs to the IEO Independent Living Centre in Karachi.

Mr. Jawaid Rais, Founder President of PILC and recipient of the Tamgha-e-Imtiaz, presented this contribution as part of PILC’s ongoing commitment to promoting independent living, accessibility, and the empowerment of persons with disabilities.

Mr. Lal Muhammad Baloch, Founder President of IEO, expressed his sincere appreciation to Mr. Jawaid Rais and PILC for this valuable support, which will enhance mobility, independence, and community participation for persons with disabilities.
