A Night of Community and Reflection ๐ŸŒ™

The ๐•๐ž๐ญ ๐‚๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐œ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐’๐จ๐œ๐ข๐ž๐ญ๐ฒ(Jhang Chapter), in proud collaboration with ๐…๐ข๐ค๐ซ-๐จ-๐…๐ฎ๐ง, hosted a memorable ๐ˆ๐Ÿ๐ญ๐š๐š๐ซ ๐ƒ๐ข๐ง๐ง๐ž๐ซ ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ on March 5, 2026, at the Jigar Chinese Restaurant.

We were honored to have our Worthy Principal, Dr. Arfan Zaman, along with our esteemed faculty members, join the students for this blessed evening. It was a wonderful opportunity for mentors and students to connect outside the classroom, sharing a meal and the spirit of Ramadan ๐ŸŒ™.

The Vet Crescent Society Jhang Chapter, in collaboration with DairyLac, successfully organized a Free Veterinary Treatment and Deworming Camp on 17 February 2026 at Hassan Khan, Jhang.

A total of 40 students from CVAS Jhang actively participated in the camp under the professional supervision of Dr Sayyed Aun Muhammad, Dr Abdul Mateen, and Dr Mubbashar Hassan. During the activity, students gained valuable hands-on experience in deworming techniques, animal restraint and handling, diagnosis under field conditions, treatment procedures, farmer interaction, communication, and marketing skills, along with overall practical exposure to veterinary field services.

We are grateful to Prix Pharmaceutical and Selmore Pharmaceuticals for generously sponsoring the medicines and supporting this welfare initiative.
The camp successfully provided treatment to more than 100 animals and dewormed over 300 animals, facilitating local farmers free of cost and contributing to livestock health and community service.

We express our sincere gratitude to Prof Dr Rana Muhammad Younas (Worthy Vice Chancellor), Prof Dr Aneela Zameer Durrani (Dean FVS), Prof Dr Arfan Zaman (Principal CVAS Jhang) and Dr Sayyed Aun Muhammad (Convener, Vet Crescent Society Jhang Chapter) for their continuous guidance and support. Special thanks are also extended to society members Dr Abdul Mateen and Dr Mubbashar Hassan for their dedicated services.
