🧠 ڇا توهان جو ٻار آٽزم جو شڪار ته ناهي؟
آٽزم صرف هڪ عادت ناهي —
اهو هڪ اهڙو مسئلو آهي جيڪو سڄي زندگي اثر وجهي سگهي ٿو
❓ آٽزم ڇا آهي؟
آٽزم هڪ ذهني ۽ ترقياتي حالت آهي جنهن ۾ ٻار:
• صحيح نموني ڳالهائي نٿو سگهي
• ٻين کي سمجهي نٿو سگهي
• ماڻهن سان ملڻ کان پاسو ڪري ٿو
👉 اهو مسئلو وقت سان پاڻ ٺيڪ نٿو ٿئي
👉 پر وقت تي ڌيان ڏنو وڃي ته گهٽجي سگهي ٿو
⚠️ خبردار! هي نشانيون نظرانداز نه ڪريو
جيڪڏهن توهان جو ٻار:
• پنهنجو نالو ٻڌي به جواب نٿو ڏئي
• اکين ۾ نه ڏسي
• اڪيلو ويهڻ پسند ڪري
• ٻين ٻارن سان نه کيڏي
• 2–3 سالن تائين نه ڳالهائي
• ساڳيون حرڪتون بار بار ڪري
🚨 ته اهو آٽزم ٿي سگهي ٿو
🚨 جيڪڏهن اڄ ڌيان نه ڏنو ته ڇا ٿيندو؟
• ٻار سڄي زندگي ڳالهائڻ ۾ پوئتي رهي سگهي ٿو
• اسڪول ۾ ناڪام ٿي سگهي ٿو
• دوست نه ٺاهي سگهندو
• سماج کان پري ٿي ويندو
• مستقبل ۾ مڪمل طور ٻين تي ڀاڙيندو
❗ آٽزم کي نظرانداز ڪرڻ = ٻار جي مستقبل سان وڏو خطرو
🌱 سٺي خبر — تبديلي ممڪن آهي!
✔ جيڪڏهن وقت تي سڃاڻپ ٿئي
✔ جيڪڏهن والدين محنت ڪن
👉 ته ٻار ۾ وڏي بهتري اچي سگهي ٿي
👉 ڪجهه ٻار عام زندگي به گذاري سگهن ٿا
🏠 گهر ۾ فوري قدم (Simple Home Therapy)
اڄ کان شروع ڪريو:
• روز 20–30 منٽ ٻار سان ڳالهايو
• نالو وٺي بار بار سڏيو
• اکين ۾ ڏسي ڳالهائڻ سيکاريو
• گڏ ويهي راند ڪريو
• ڪتاب ۽ تصويرون ڏيکاريو
• موبائل فون سختي سان گهٽ ڪريو
• ٻار کي اڪيلو نه ڇڏيو
