Celebrating International Day of Older Persons

The Ministry of Human Rights (MoHR) in collaboration with FAID organized an event at PNCA, Islamabad, to mark the International Day of Older Persons. The program brought together senior citizens, civil society members, community leaders, and partner organizations.

Federal Minister for Human Rights, Senator Azam Nazeer Tarar, addressed the gathering and honored the invaluable contributions of older persons, recognizing them as custodians of our nation’s wisdom, values, and heritage.

At AAJ, we strongly believe that senior citizens are the backbone of our society, and their experiences and knowledge remain a guiding light for the younger generations.
