Job Summary:
The Admin and Web Officer will be responsible for managing administrative operations and maintaining the organization's digital presence. This dual-role position requires a proactive, tech-savvy individual who can efficiently handle day-to-day office administration while also managing and updating the NPPF website and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Functions:
Oversee general office administration, including supplies, correspondence, filing, and logistics.
Maintain accurate records of office assets, inventories, and administrative processes.
Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and support internal documentation needs.
Support HR functions including staff attendance, leave records, and contract management.
Assist in the preparation of financial documents, petty cash management, and vendor coordination.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements in administrative processes.
Web and IT Management:
Manage, update, and improve the organization’s website (WordPress or other CMS).
Design and publish content for web pages, blogs, and news updates reflecting program achievements and organizational developments.
Administer email accounts, backups, basic cybersecurity protocols, and IT troubleshooting.
Ensure regular updates of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) with compelling and relevant content.
Coordinate with the Communications or Program teams to gather multimedia content for digital publication.
Track web traffic and analytics to enhance engagement and visibility.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role with an NGO or development organization.
Proficiency in office administration, documentation, and record-keeping.
Strong knowledge of website CMS platforms (especially WordPress), SEO, and basic graphic design tools.
Familiarity with social media management and digital communication strategies.
Basic knowledge of hardware/software troubleshooting and IT support.
