TEDx is a global movement devoted to bringing Ideas Worth Spreading to communities around the globe through independently-organized TED-like events meant to inspire conversation, prompt innovation and create connections. At the core of the TEDx program are its fearless volunteer organizers in almost every corner of the world -- Germany, Sudan, Qatar, China, India, Brazil, the United States and more -- devoted to changing the world through events centered on ideas important to their community, and the world at large. ➧ TEDxIIUI is a platform for ideas worth sharing, propagating from the community built around International Islamic University Islamabad. About TED TEDx initiative was created in the spirit of TED’s mission, “ideas worth spreading.” TEDx supports independent organizers who want to create a TED-like event in their own community. TEDx events are planned and coordinated independently, under a free license granted by TED.TEDx is an independently organized TED event in which the x stands for independent organization. TEDxIIUI 2019: ABOVE ALL FEARS TEDxIIUI is set to happen at International Islamic University on the 9th of November, 2019. Our theme for TEDxIIUI 2019, “Above all fears” is to inspire people to broaden their horizons and achiever their dreams, above all fears. The event’s sole reason is to enlighten and educate the future leaders to go out there and live their dreams. TedxIIUI is looking forward to raise the bar for local conferences.
