We host monthly events in more than 300 cities and 115 countries featuring successful local founders, innovators, educators and investors who share personal stories and lessons learned on the road to building great companies. Started by Derek Andersen and Spencer Nielsen in February 2010 in

a small office in Mountain View California, the original goal to bring together friends who would help each other, has spread across the world. Are you a startup with the potential to disrupt industries? The SG Global Pitch Battle is your chance to shine on the world stage!

Compete with startups from 100+ cities and pitch your innovative ideas to a panel of esteemed judges. Winners from each city will advance to regional semi-finals, and the ultimate champion will be crowned at the SG Conference in April 2025.

In January 2025, Startup Grind Pakistan invites local startups to participate in the Global Pitch Battle, a premier event showcasing emerging talents on an international stage. Local Chapter Pitch Battles are scheduled between January 13-16, 2025. Interested startups should check their respective Chapter pages for exact dates and application details.

Prizes and Opportunities

Chapter winners will receive a full-access ticket to the Startup Grind Conference 2025 in Silicon Valley, taking place in April 2025. Finalists will gain additional benefits, including exhibition opportunities and further tickets to the conference.

Eligibility Criteria:

Tech-Driven: Innovative companies with technology at their core.

Scalable & Repeatable Business Model: Potential for growth and replication.

Stage: Bootstrapped or Cash Positive.

Website & Minimum Viable Product (MVP): Demonstrated progress with a functioning website and core product.

Revenue Traction (Preferred): Revenue generation is a plus but not mandatory.

Exclusions: Not in the services industry (e.g., accounting, law firms).

Language: Semi-finalists and finalists should preferably be able to pitch in English.
